Sure. With a picture i think it is more easy than only with explanation..

But, long story short.. Markets are dominated by big players like banks, insurance companys, pension and hedge funds etc.. They dont trade with 0.01 lot, they trade with 200 lots, 400 lots, even 1500 lots.. They move the market. They reverse the market. They are support and resistance.. They control the market...
Hiding is the one thing they cannot do...

So for example, when the daily range is like 50 pips.. And sudden big orders are getting in the market, there is a possibility the market will reverse. Not always, it isnt a magic bowl.. But when we see this huge orders getting in, it does tell something..
Or they turn up the heat and the market will pushed up or down, OR, they stop the market and reverse it...

When we see a volume cluster during a trend, it was likely just fuel at that moment. But when price returns to that cluster, for example, during a downtrend, we often see a reaction in the direction of the prevailing trend.. This happens because market participants who sold in that cluster tend to defend their positions to avoid taking a loss. Additionally, due to the high volume at that area, larger players often step back in and aggressively push price away from the cluster...

Again, no magic stuff, but it is very powerful..

I think conviction is the one thing which comes with the experience, so how much a trader is matured could be measured by his/her conviction. Conviction means we should respect our decision/calculation even if the trade doesn't go in our favour for atleast 10-20 pips (if a person is a purely day trader).
Ok, today I will trade eur/usd pair. I am going long here. At 1.1425 bought, lets see how the price moves, target could be 1.1475.

This approach reflects the hallmark of a mature trader. Remaining ice cold to the macro setup and avoiding the common pitfall of chasing errant moves that often trap less experienced traders.

Based on M15, normally 1.1462 is my selling spot... BUT I am delaying selling... bulls might push this higher... Patience is key!
