We are heading to sweep (target 1.185 the highs and possibly kiss 1.21 area May 2021 High before a major pullback. My previous analysis did not pan out. EURO is just one way traffic. Guess what. What goes up must come down. Higher it goes harder itis going to come down. Be ready for it.

Based on M15, I will stay bullish as long as candles open above 1.1737....

Because of MACD divergence, I will buy dips carefully as long as candles open above 1.1767....

BUT... as soon as candles close below 1.1767, I would stop buying and wait for a drop to 1.1737 to buy with higher odds!

yea mate have noticed the macd divergence this afternoon, rsi divergence too

Takes time until bears show... My M15 bulls are still fighting to stay above 1.1767 but it seems like we will revisit 1.1737... I watch from sidelines!

yea from divergence til bear kicks in we might see a couple new highs haha i am on sideline. If we get to 173x might be better r/r for long

Until the end of this week, and based on H4:

1.1772 could become solid resistance in upcoming days...

The crucial question is: "Can bulls protect the 1.1735/55 support zone?"

As long as H4 candles open above this zone, bulls are good...

Rules wise, I am closing order with +3 pips here at 1.1764, because the new M15 candle opened above 1.1767...

Normally, I would close and go long, BUT because of MACD divergence I prefer not to buy at the moment... So sidelines it is!

I altered my M15 chart, because I forgot to update my white zone...
If I had noticed that earlier, I would not have closed my sell order... Is well.. not a big deal..

So after the fix, new support sits now at 1.1741... As long as M15 candles open above it, my bias is bullish!

1.17705 is now my nearest resistance!

today ecb interest rate decision, though it doesn't bring much volatility in day trading but good for directional one. Today, m busy with gbp/usd trade.

Meanwhile, on M15...

For now, I first would expect a potential bounce from 1.1741 area... But imho, the risk is 50/50.... and bulls need a new breakout anyway!

(1) If I see a bounce, I would jump in long with hopes for a revisit to 1.1771 area while watching if bulls are willing to break above the bold trendline...
(2) If no bounce, I would switch to selling as soon as candles close below 1.1741...

Let's see how this will play out...

The first buyers are slowly emerging from behind the bushes. In my opinion, it's still a bit too early...
If it seems like the BIG BOYS want to re-enter long, they'll probably want to eat up the retail market and their SL-s.
The first cluster of STOP LOSS is below 1.1730, but the largest stop-loss clusters are around 1.1710 and 1.1680, and in my opinion, it's where the big players will want to swallow it.

Does anybody agree or disagree..

I fully agree we are going down to take those out, but I think we wick up with news and then carry on down.

I fully agree with you — we're likely heading lower to sweep those levels. But I also think we might wick up first on news volatility before continuing the move down. Let’s see how price reacts around 1.16 and the key support zones. Patience is key here.
