Yes, that's the other unfortunate way it will go. It's actually why most brokers around the world will not to business in the US and/or left the US. The cost and red tape bullshit is not worth the additional revenue. Pretty sad.
But, the US loves the futures business, they simply hate CFDs as it takes away from futures, so.......................maybe a good thing, who knows?

Mofo BS day... loss after losss missing tp by .3 and .5 on gold multiple times and then straight hit stop loss 4 losses in a row.....

Lost 2 mffu funded, lost 2 bgf evals and lost all of Futureselite funding mofo....

Oh ya, in case you are new to Darwinex and are wondering how to usurp thousands of traders and as quickly as possible load up with investor capital, I have a Darwin for you to be like: WISI

The only caveat is that sometimes the traders that have been on Darwinex for years and blown up many accounts. In the process they have not only drastically improved their trading but also due to trial and error and careful study, they have figured out the nuances of the Risk Engine. WISI could be one of those so don't be disappointed if you don't take off like a rocket just like WISI has done. It may easily take 3 years to get to somewhere near WISI. Don't let anyone with questionable intentions deceive you otherwise.
