i'm tend to work against more recent structure. my guess is we will rally some as mentioned earlier. how far will probably depend how many shorts they can destroy before allowing it to drop.

despite the bearishness on daily and weekly i do reckon we'll see an up day today. just a guess more then anything.

Watch the next daily time-frame bounce - its either going to take out the past highs or not, if not, it then becomes a ultra high probability short once a lower high has formed

It could be forming a trading range - I never guess, just wait for price to form as it usually gives clues to direction

One thing is from a TIMING aspect, my timing methods are bearish until 2028 - that does not mean straight down, it means overall down to sideways and that will also include a few good upwards rallies throughout

looking for 5728 ish on this drop

The market is desperately trying to close above the 38.2 on this latest impulsive swing upwards that started at the beginning of August. This could be a great place to buy holding for the long term

Never a good idea to rely on just one TA technique to decide a possible market entry or exit.

Today the ES futs closed up, so you would think that alone is good. For it and SPX.

Except it closed below yesterdays' close and closed even further below yesterday's high. Of course the high is always higher than the close unless it is equal to it. Point is that it has to do a lot more for me to change to the bull side then just closing higher than the open or touching a single FibRet level.

Currently the best confirmation for me is if Monday or Tuesday ES closes (end of day) above today's high.
