I was with IBFX from 2006 to 2010. I don't have fond memories of that broker especially that I was grid trading and they kept lowering the number of open trades allowed. I was with FXDD too but the wild price fluctuations and spreads changing drove me nuts. Amazing what you find in the garbage dump of the historical FX brokers. I agree with you generally about the offshore brokers but I have had my fair share of the crappy ones too.
Remembering all the years past and reflecting on how fast time flies...sigh

no one will use it
brokers cant survive without b-book, spreads are too fake (thin) to send to market.

I remember IBFX with their yellow and black colour signature, while FXDD was I think Red with white. How time flies my bro.

Yes, I remember marketiva but I didn't like them because the didn't have mt4 at that time, they had a web based platform though they were good and genuine.

10 Years from now we'll be reminiscing about prop firms( i have a feeling the majority wont survive). We'll be talking about Jessice and her shenanigans, MFF, and all these futures props and the silly hoops they made us go through to get paid.

prop firms are to make quick bucks.

Long term strtegy for 10 + yrs would be to open fx or futures accounts with broker/s

Guys trading is hard, it's the hardest way to make easy money.

Sometimes my analysis lines up perfectly with the market and sometimes its balls.

I've come close to getting a payout 2 times in the last month and both times I made stupid mistakes that I know I shouldn't have done. Keeping under the consistency rule has been a bugger for me, but trading psychology is the real thing to master.

Just feeling really frustrated getting so close, but so far. I'm now attempting for payout again and hopefully if I can stay disciplined and focused I can get another $4500 payout.
Truth is like poetry. And most people f*cking hate poetry.
