Ok Guys what are possibilities here? A H1 close below will mean a possible retracement. What other options do you guys see?.
Divergence on the MACD?
On the 3 month Chart as a bigger picture if you consider a retracement it is to 1.1403 and that is only from Jan 25 if we take the retracement from July 22 its 1.09102
Specifically from Jan to July there has been almost no pullback??
Is the Dollar just being dumped seriously that there is no comeback?
Let us try see what's the bigger picture.
And yes i know 1.2 and 1.25 is in the picture. Just a question of what the next moves may be?
I dont believe that the big buyers are out to take us out, they are seeing opportunity to buy and for what reason? THE DOLLAR IS WEAKENING BIG TIME,
Is it China Japan and other countries dumping Dollars ? Surely they are looking to strengthen the Dollar so that they can cash in on exports?

p.s. moreover after modelling waves 3-4-5 some cases stop at +/- .1907 which is globally M1 fibo 78.6

We are at end of month and I don't like long-term timeframes when things can get volatile soon...

Therefore just know this based on D1:
Watch 1.1815/25 area resistance... Bulls can get a slap there and even trigger a strong sell-off the closer we get there...

So: Attention... and be prepared!

The market has shown signs of no weakness in the last 6 days. How long can it go? Nobody knows. I am still bullish and I plan to keep buying on each market retracement

I do not believe it is wise to lose any sleep on any trade, which means that if I was on that position I will get rid of that trade inmediately; but eventually it is your decision

Bollinger bands are expanding to reflect high volatility. The euro strengthened more throughout the first half of 2025 as the USD weakened due to uncertainty over US tariffs and declining investor confidence in the USD.

For the past few months eur/usd and gbp/usd has become bullish like a stock has become bullish breakout. There is no retracement, its seem no sellers left, there is only buyers and buyers. And they are buying like there is no tomorrow!! Funny !!
