Perfection—and there you go, you already know exactly what needs to be improved. Just don’t repeat the same mistakes. Once is a mistake, twice is still a mistake… but the third time, it starts becoming a pattern. As long as you're aware and learning from each one, you’re 100% moving in the right direction. Keep at it!

Lol, no idea why I keep missing these perfect trades! Just look at this one—absolutely beautiful. About an hour after the open, around 10:30, it took out the previous day’s high and gave us a textbook entry. Clean setup

Nice setup and reaction off the daily open. You can clearly see the bullish pressure building in the previous candles. Let’s see how it plays out—either way, it looks like an explosive move is coming..

This is how I will manage the trade —if you caught the entry on the 5-minute, it already hit 2R. If you took the 15-minute entry I shared earlier, it reached 1R, which would’ve been a good spot to move to breakeven. Especially now that we’re seeing sell signals with confirmations on the 5-minute chart.

Trade Breakdown — as always, every valid setup is included, no cherry-picking.

  1. Trade 1: +1R
  2. Trade 2: -1R
  3. Trade 3: -1R
  4. Trade 4: +0.59R
  5. Trade 5: -1R or 0R (depends on your stop—let's consider the worst-case scenario)
  6. Trade 6: +2R
  7. Trade 7: +2R
  8. Trade 8: -1R (I personally skipped this trade. Technically valid, but price had nearly reached the basis line and the stop was a bit too wide for my taste. Still, I'm counting it as a loss for consistency.)

Total: +1.59R (with worst-case assumption for Trade 5)

Hi Mate,

Trying to pick ur thinking pattern here. I though you usually bring ur SL to BE when there is a opposite signal or even close out ur position. Did u held to ur trade because of divergence?

Yes, exactly—that’s correct. I held the trade mainly because of the divergence, and I was also expecting the price to at least tap the 15-minute basis line, which it didn’t. But that’s just my take. From what I’ve observed, the basis line often acts as dynamic support or resistance when the market is trending. That said, this is just based on my experience, so take it for what it’s worth.

Wow, this one played out beautifully—an easy 2R. I went to sleep; otherwise, I probably would’ve held for 3R. Still, a perfect setup either way.

Three breakeven trades today during the London session.
Got out from the AUDUSD trade as I did not like how price was behaving around the basis line. As soon as I closed the trade, price ran up to SL.

Simply change the maximum bars to wait for RSI confirmation to 0, and everything will be fine.
