The dollar index weakened yesterday after the release of the lower-than-expected ADP report data. The weakening USD brought EURUSD up to approach the upper band on the hourly timeframe. Today, we are waiting for US unemployment claims data, which may have an impact on volatility.

Meanwhile, on H1..

  1. Normally I would wait for a candle close above 1.14155 and then try to go long at that level, BUT here we have another rally-blocker at 1.1426 and unfortunately it requires a new breakout.
  2. Therefore, I must wait to see where current candle closes. 16 minutes until candle close!

Not confirmed! Candle closed below 1.14155... For now: No buying! Waiting for next candle close!

*Selling is forbidden here because H1 trend is still bullish. Candles are above my blue wma line.

In my opinion EUR/USD is staying around 1.1400 as people wait for the ECB to cut interest rates by 0.25%. Weak US data is making traders careful, so the price is not moving much right now.

While waiting for H1 development, I checked M15 chart...

There I marked 1.1409 as nearest support... While candles open above, it is bullish there too..

So one could try opening long at 1.1409.. I did not though.. Because no new breakout yet!

I prefer to get better entry level later...

Price seems stuck up waiting for ECB. The price took out that level. I am Bull but I must say cautiously Bull however Bull it is.

Target is 1.15184 Sl at 1.13731.

By just looking at the H4 Chart there in screenshot its clear its a zig zag movement maintained for quite some time now and a blast could be expected in forthcoming trading sessions.

Bulls are active... 1 hour ago chart printed a restarter candle....

But as I said, because of 1.1422 party-blocker resistance level, I still prefer to wait until a fresh breakout...

2 more minutes to new H1 candle close...
