oh well. there's two side of the coin here. in my position, it has broken the daily uptrend at 1.1250. its a sell from from 1.12121
1.11805 is a major support. if it breaks. its looking to see 1.1100 again. oh well. trade well and green pips is the answer.

I think it is time to go short. Daily got rejected twice by 9-EMA (yesterday and today)

short at 1.1176 SL 1.1229 trailing stop on high of H6 candlestick

I felt the same way. What started as a helpful tool—just music, calls, maybe some quick browsing—eventually turned into a major distraction that competed with my focus and most valuable time.
That’s why lately I’ve been trying to simplify my digital environment, even in trading. I use tools more intentionally now—Phonex, for example, helps me stay focused by syncing only essential alerts and keeping everything else out of the way. The less clutter, the better my strategy and execution.
Sometimes, going back to basics is the smartest move forward—both in tech and trading.
