MT4 slower and "acting weird" on Windows 11

Hello all,

Have any of you noticed MT4 running a bit odd on Windows 11?

I see that it is slow to start, when I check on the processes, I see it running in the background....(?)
Eventually it comes back to the foreground, but even when it does, it doesn't perform as well as it does on the older Windows 10.

I have it running on 4 different laptops and all 4 are the same since I upgraded to W11.

Anyone else experiencing this?
