It's the last day of the month, and we're around the start of NY session, so expect things like that. Big GDP miss for US (arguable somewhat expected though) will bring extra volatility.

It looks like that person with the size of the wick if it was all one order, I guess haha can't see the volume. But looks like they are buying from about 1.137, they picked urgent because that is what spiked it (large market order killed the liquidity and "walked the book" up - instead of working in buys on limit orders over time). But yeah is hard to tell/cannot fully tell (esp. if just one person).

Looks like liquidity was really desired at ~1.135, that was a vote on it going "up" since it was done with urgency. But time will tell...

Woohoo! Worked out as planned. Nice when this happens and makes up for the unexpected failures. Coved shorts, no positions now. Off on holiday now. Be back in the office on Friday for NFP.

Moved sl to 1.137

Edit: closed 1/4 @ 1.1335
Remaining 1/4 from 1.1389 with sl now @ 1.137


Edit2: adjusting remaining 1/4 SL back again to almost BE @ 1.1392 / reminder to myself maybe a leak

I'm going out on a limb to say third strike off that line drops for a couple hundred. You gotta prime the selling conditions by overbuying before the drop.
