Market is hanging by the thread. The way its moving there is a high % that a long candle take place in the evening.

Lets see how it goes. Anything crossing 1.14002 is a long move up to the Highs @ 1.15731. This is my own analysis. Traders should do due diligence.

Based on D1, trend is still bullish BUT on H1 bears gain more confidence whenever price sinks below ~1.1366 area...

In case bears win this fight we could go to ~1.1265 area next..

However, if bulls kick back in, nearest resistance would be around ~1.1462.. Let's see how this unfolds...

1.136 good place to short imo stops above 1.14

Although in the long-term, the price still has a strong bullish trend but harmonic pattern tells a different story!

The price cant break bearish it seems. The quote had ample time in the european session to make its move. The quote keeps hitting the bull door. Too often. Its about to bust.

... And I am waiting right on top of 1.14002 nothing less nothing more for that long candle

Current H4 candle is being squeezed around ~1.1370... A strong breakout is cooking! Up or down???

By the way, the shoulders-head-shoulders formation we observed causes such a candle on the weekly chart. This is the 1st signal.

I don't get too attached to indicators, but it still needs to be observed as data. In the past, the RSI on the weekly chart has reached the level of 70 and has not been able to go above it, or has come very close to 70 and then returned. It is currently trending back to the level of 70. Moreover, with a great candle.

Of course, for this, at least the meeting between China and the US needs to be clarified. It may have locked this parity right now.

Also, while the left shoulder is forming, the highest level can be expected to gradually fall. In other words, it can be squeezed first to 1.1315-1.1370 and then to the 1.1315-1.1340-50 area. Breakouts usually occur with compression and decreased momentum. Today, we may be experiencing the 1.1315-1.1370 range. It would be great if we could close the week at 1.1330 and below.

If something happens over the weekend, the opening on Monday will be exciting.

Of course, these are just scenarios for now.

today, eur/usd bearishness momrntum was quite disturbed by some bullish noises, however, still price could drop to test 1.1307 and if it is penetrates well then it could further slide to 1.1246 today itself. Lets see, how does the price play today.
