mastering the basic ema strategy is all about learning to deal with tough trends, this step cannot be bypassed and is the reason Abade started this thread, he is interested in how others deal with losses and how they overcome the tough trends, when a trader does not post their big losses and how they deal with them, then they provide no benefit to this thread!

nothing, that's what ema's 9, 20 and 50 are for!

That's becuase you are scalping using the EMA Strategy and NOT the 1% Strategy...
The 1% Strategy you would have started a lot further back and had a nice long trend trade....

The beauty of KoF, he has offered 2 Strategies for any Retail Trader...

Although he’s give us 2 strategies to trade with… I suggest choosing to trade one strategy because otherwise it would confuse people in a live market situation. To be honest the 1% strategy is the best as KoF has already said it’s his best strategy. The only thing that stoppped me from being profitable in the 1% strategy was actually the constant multiple entries and exits which could amount to a lot before you actually got to a long trend. The one thing that confused me about KOF is he said you get in from the 200 ema and keep as adding positions are the trend goes in you favour but still close all trades at the 200 ema but if you do this a lot of the later entries would be in a lose. So what you gained at the start of the trend would be lost as you have to cover the loses you added near the end of the trend. If you look at the chart sometimes the price does hit 200 ema at peak profit. In those circumstances you would gain lots of profit because you close at the 200 ema and price happens to be at the peak high level of profit.

but at times where the price goes back to the 200 ema it’s not at the peak high profit level and instead profit is actually a lot less than if you closed earlier. In those situations if you have been adding trades and adding trades as KOF told you to do in his video then you wouldn’t have hardly made any profit form a long trend.

KoF is teaching you to LOSE first by adding and closing at the 200 MA Line. And when the big trend comes, you accumulate your profits from profits, I will attach the recording tomorrow to support this / his comments.

gringo I look forward to what you have in store for us my friend. But what I don’t understand is you said KOF taught us to lose first before the gain. I literally rewatched his video and even till the end the idea is just to keep adding entries as the trend advances in your favour. He does not change this even right up to the end of the video and that’s why people bought the video and never thought it was a profitable system because he has not explained how you solve this problem of adding entry after entry. Like I said if you did this then when price hits 200 ema at peak high profit level you would have made lots of profit. If price hits 200 ema at a much more lower profit level then profit doesn’t look too good factoring the later positions you added and also the loses you would have made during the time you waited for that trend. But yes would be interested in how you tackle this situation.
