How much are you willing to lose in order to achieve the monetary gain?

Having an answer to these questions from your gut,not from your monkey mind will determine your success.

+0.5 R is daily goal meanwhile -1R is being DLL.
After 6 winning days you get cocky and taking -5R losing day. Discipline slopes can't help.
Best way to recover is ..no no there's no recovering losses in trading. Get back on putting up 0.5 R winning days.

Reality check...
No coins left to play with.
Total debt reached £30k thanks to gambling aka trading.
Not to forget overall money spent over 50k to change my career. Now I must stop before my family leaves me.
Avoided bankruptcy but signed up for debt management plan only 12k with them as unsecured debt.
Borrowed from friends around 10k deadlines within 2 months.
Good thing is I still keep my day job even though I resigned 3 times still managed to keep the current job for 7 years. Good people though. But £2500 as current take home hardly managed to ends meet. How am I going to repay my friends?
Taking another part time job could help.

Even easier if I can stick to my trading plan.

All I know is I can do this but circumstances are crazy now.

I should quit trading but what other choices do I have?

Sorry to hear you lost so much..... better to pay back your debts before trading again. and even them just demo till you are doing well.. send me dm

Sorry to hear that, sounds like a very tough position to be in

But this seems like a good position to be in for you trading wise - now you have no choice but to stick to your trading plan and be more disciplined than before. Hope life gets easier bud, stay fighting.
