May I know what the small dots or bubbles are for? Does this correlate to the delta or negative delta of the volume profile on the right side of the chart?

Anyone Have This indicator So plz provide I'm finding this indicator 2015 launch date if anyone have plz share i don't think so coder have any issue after 10 years plz attach here i will download and many more people can get benefit from it
