I didn't say they will cut..I meant they might cut and gave you explanation of what happens when rates get cut....they might hold too who knows

Unfortunately, there is no filter or tool on FF, I could possibly use to allow only "the experienced".... FF "Flags" could be implemented into thread management filtering options, but even then it wouldn't guarantee "quality" posts... Because "quality" is often a subjective interpretation...

Therefore, for us mere mortals, the best way is to use the "ignore" button in the unwanted member's profile page.
