Hi Henni,

Looking back on your thread this is system 20, 21 or 22 you have presented, if this is the one, I wish you success when you start trading.

Early on in your thread you used indicators I have developed. I still use these indicators and over the last 6 months have been refining the original system which was based on a change of Trend or Price Action and looking back to see if this was support by a combination of indicators.

I have 2 trading preferences, the first to take long positions, the second scalping. I enjoy getting in and out taking 10 to 15 pips.

I am no expert at trading as you know, but I have the same goal. Determine which direction the market is moving and scalp a few pips from the move. Agreed, very tedious task for manual operation. I have been working on an EA using this & when finished will post the graph of the trading results over here. I am getting closer & closer to being successful with this.

Update:

After spending the whole day creating different EA's using fractals with all sorts of other filters, I give up. I WILL however try to code a MT4 version of the EA in the two videos listed above as the MT5 version of it yields a 90% success rate - was really hoping someone would help me with this.

Anyway, back to my previous template. I am on the right track. At least for manual trading that is. And at least to me, everything looks much more clear at a single glance.

I might be in a position to start trading soon & then we'll see what happens when the tekkie really hits the tar.

You wont know of your system works until you trade (Demo or Live). When looking at charts after the event, the trades always seem to be winners !!!

My experience of EA's and automated trading, I lose more money than I make.

You should add some more indicators, I can still see the price and some PA on those charts.

My friend, that template is built for a novice trader like myself. In no way or form did I for a moment esteem that it might be of value to a hardcore trader. It DOES however make a lot of sense to me. I am convinced that I can successfully trade (scalp) with it as is as we shall find out soon.

You will see that I often mention "novice traders like myself" in this thread. My main aim is to help those. Everything over here is directed towards those. In no way do I think any of this could ever compete with your trading experience.

Seems to work for me - see date & time. I'm sure it would continue in that direction, but it's late & I'll post a proper trade from start to finish in the morning.

Time to quit for scalping & as you can see I made a few pips, even with a spread of 13. Please note that my indicators told me to exit at the right time. I should have exited earlier when I saw yellow, but I took this trade (see how late in the down movement I took it) just to make a point. No studies or any market analyses done before taking the trade. With this I can take a trade based purely on face value which suits my goals perfectly.

Now that was EASY, would you not agree?

This is how scalping should be! (I am finally trading although on demo only until I can muster the funds to trade live)

1. I can clearly see where to go hunt for trades.
2. When I go there and all indicators agree, I simply take the trade. No SL or TP.
3. Trade Manager takes care of the trade from that point in time.

Now tell me again my template is cluttered or mock me again...

If someone would grant me my request above, I will start posting my newest scalping templates over here again. Success rate over 95% albeit manual scalping only for now.

Will focus all my attention on optimizing this & will host indicators along with profile over here when done: (NOT!!! the EAX version as that was not assembled by myself)

Hi Henni, I love what you are doing, i do have a version of mq4 of it, but it's not the prop version of it, and this will not check the time, I hope it helps!

That is a shit thing i noticed since Ive been on FF. Only a few genuine fellas freely sharing their stuff. Everyone else is here for the discussion or looking for their break. Everyone here is still searching. Cos those that have found it are either silent and not sharing or no longer need to be here or anywhere else for that matter. Hennis, you are a nice chap, its understandable to have your own thread , feeling frustrated over them maters wont do a thing. I feel you.
