Prices for these pairs have just recently crossed the MidBB. Now all we do is wait for an Extreme or Reentry on H4!

NZDCAD/NZDCHF nuclear setups have happened, but unfortunately I haven't found any entry points.

I'm short in EURAUD and EURNZD. Hopefully, these two trades will pay off. Both trades have a risk-reward of 1:4.

I think I need to take another look at what I'm doing wrong or where I make major mistakes.

Looking at the rejection candles off the 50 ma 1 hour indicates that something is about to happen.
An entry could have been done both at the 15M or 5M even 1M - when price breaks above the sideways movement - and closing above clouds/middle bb/goes extreme on the 5 min.

I think that the overall long term trend is about to change when you look at the weekly rejection candle.
But there has not been a reentry on the daily timeframe with extreme and mlv on the 1hour to support this yet.

With regard to your setup - what I see is that we have a Buy Reentry setup on the daily that is allready in motion.

Price is still in an uptrend on the daily - we are still looking for potential buys - price has retraces to the lover bands where reentry is valid.
Price has extended to extreme on the 4H
And a MLV has formed on the 1H and price has broken above the bands.

If we would be getting in on the move - we would have to enter on a buy retracement on the 1h and looking at lower time frames.
But for now I would be looking at the 1 hour to see what kind of price action would unfold when price reach the upper daily band.

It's easy to find setups all the time with this strategy - but I have found that a top down analysis is very important, so you don't jump into a setup at the wrong time.
The REM setup will in my book still be the absolut breadwinner of this strategy - and kinda the only setup I look after - but I'm sure others will have success with the other codes.

I agree, top down analysis is crucial. I think perhaps the kind of Extreme also matters? It increases the chances when the LWMA gets outside of the BB, with the candle closing outside, as it is more "extreme" and more likely to pull back.

Hi TranceGhost, yes you are right in NZDCAD. After the nuclear setup, a buying opportunity arises. On the H1 chart, you can see that the 50 EMA is outside low BB. This is a sign that the price is in the 510 buy zone on the H4 chart when it arraives this area. I don't know why I didn't trade the setup. My mistake.

On D1, I see an early CSD. The price has broken through the 510 buy zone. I thought the H4 downtrend would continue at least until the last low. I should have closed the trade in profit when it became clear that the price hadn't made a CSD on H4. But generally, I agree with you that the setup isn't supported by the major trend on D1, W1, and MN and the fact that MLV was present on H1.

Potential upcomming setup AUDCHF

Daily price has rejected 50ma - so we wait for a reentry on the 4h - an extreme on the 1h and a mlv on the 15m.
Potential Tp would be around 0.55000

I took entry off what I think is an MLV on the 1 hour - the 15 min also looked very MLV'ish
My tp is the daily 50 ma - so a bit fluid until it hits it.

AUDUSD

A trade I entered a few hours ago.

Rejection was happening on the daily and 4H with a massive MLV on the 1hour.
Added to the position at a 15m retrace.

If stop-loss is hit both trades will go breakeven - AUD news coming up in an hour - so will properly tighten stop-loss a little when that happened - and either get taken out or price going for tp

UPDATE: Stopped out at 1% profit - 3 min befor news

Currently in NZDCHF Buy and GBPNZD Sell.

Daily is showing CSD and Reentry. Rejection against M50 at H4 (to me this is an "incomplete" Extreme, prefer a more obvious extreme) and MLV forming at H1 for both pairs.

I was long in GBPCAD yesterday.

I closed the first weak entry at BE.
The second entry i take profit manual on top BB H4. SL was under low BB on H1.


Then a long yesterday in GPCHF
The trade turned profitable and then made a sharp downward move. Since the setup wasn't the best anyway, I manually closed it in profit.

Looking for setups now.
