Putin just announced he will agree to a truce with Ukraine (with conditions??). Trump is about to make a statement at the top of the hour (in a few minutes) - I thought it was about tariffs, but who knows could be related.

It surely gave it a rapid sudden 40 pips spike.
Now trump speech could off set it or set it on more fire! remains to be seen.
