I use either Jigsaw or Motivewave for my Futures trading but normal find I love trading on Motivewave mostly on an Apple Laptop. Also You can buy MW outright because I hate paying monthly platform fees.

Many order flow traders however swear by Sierra but it’s a big learning curve for most to master and it’s rather too old fashioned for me.
Whatever you trade, a good DOM is essential.

I like the idea of an outright purchase. I can't stand monthly subscriptions for trading. I'll look into it. Ty RICK!

There is one major point I have learned trading Bid / ask Imbalances over the past 5 years.

Order flow without context offers at best a slim trading edge

Every single day during quiet market periods, I don't waste it watching the latest YouTube guru. I spend it tagging my previous days trades in Tradezella and when complete review a few trades I took from the past week that were recorded on Cleanshot. This provides me with the correct information I need to trade successfully with and here's an example.
February Results
- Ask / Bid Imbalance trades without context - 62.1% win rate and a profit factor of 2.1
- Ask / Bid Imbalance trades with context - 83.87% win rate and a profit factor of 5.62

What do I mean by context?

You can watch every single tick movement on an order flow chart but mostly it's a waste of time, the trading edge is slim. Order flow should be used to confirm a trade entry from different strategies - not by itself.
EXAMPLE FROM MY TRADEZELLA JOURNAL

- Playbook 2 - Pullback King
- This is a basic strategy where I trade pullbacks during a nice trend. I wait for price to stall during the pullback and only then switch to my order flow charts.
I am now watching for a Flip of Ask/ Bid Imbalance while waiting for the Delta to turn nicely positive (Bullish main trend) as price starts to move up.
I want to see bearish Tick rejection occurring and I want to see some bigger Selling orders appear on the DOM a few Ticks higher.

A++ is this occurs and NOW I CAN TAKE THE BULLISH IMBALANCE TRADE. (More Sellers above price and less buyers below price)

Other Strategies I Use Ask/ Bid Imbalance on?

-Playbook 1 - Liquidity Spike Imbalance Flip
-Playbook 3 - Volatility Contraction Pattern (Squeeze)
-Playbook 4 - Breakout Buster (Imbalance breakout at new highs & lows)

I need context before I need the Ask / Bid Imbalance signals.

Well said. I think you can extrapolate some context out of the massive pending limit orders. I usually wait for a stall like you mentioned at one of these levels. I wait for absorption, and then observe the dom shortly after.

Hi Machine, we may think alike.

I think some traders are too quick to make assumptions when they see massive pending limit orders above.
A massive Selling order above price may be a spoof, an Iceberg order or just the order as it seems.

We do not know.
What we do know is HFT Algo's will target those large orders and see it as an opportunity to get quick bullish liquidity especially if it sits near a new high or new low.
What we do know is other HFT Algo's will short the breakout soon after targeting smaller traders equity accounts.

As 70% of all orders on Future's Markets come from HFT Algo's, we need to avoid them if we can.
Therefore like you said
Observe the DOM to see what happens shortly after is a good action to take.
Personally I will often try to ride on the backs of HFT's attacking larger orders but that has taken me years to get to this skill level.

Yes i am still using it and i think it is the best reversal indicator out there. i have passed one $50,000 funded account and completed 20 pip challenge. right now i am on my way to complete one more 20 pip challenge, it's been 14 days and i haven't close any of my position in loss. soon i am going to buy the source code of that strategy for mql5 with the profits i have made with that indicator.

i bet you it's the best. go for it mate.

Hi Bhaskarfx yes if you can get it for MT4 I would buy. i already purchase it but it was MT5 VERSION had to cancel payment looking for MT4 if you can get it great.
