I think we've reached the daily and weekly support zone on the daily timeframe.
I want to see if there's a trend reversal and a 4H/1H entry confirmation for a long position in this area or not.

  1. I rinse and repeat selling.. but no breakout yet... Waiting time..
  2. I am marking ~1.0395 area as nearest resistance...
  3. I am aware of divergence build-up... but no buying here.. For now only selling!

Thursdays and Fridays usually give us Retracements and yesterday was the beginning of a bearish trend so I wouldn’t be surprised if the bearish trend continues todays, giving room for a bullish retracement on Monday.

I hope you keep an eye on the DXY -> it seems he is rolling over. If he really does, then 106.8+- might be his target.

I've placed a pending buy order at 1.03875. I'm watching the market closely to see how the price reacts at this level. If it shows a strong bullish response, I'll look for potential confirmations to hold the trade. Let's see how it plays out!

Quick Revisit to WEEKLY

  1. Bears are retesting big channel edge: ~1.0401 area... Either big bounce up or big sell off.. Time will tell...

*Bulls have the upper hand while inside channel.. i.e. while above ~1.0401... (it is the weekly, so give or take 25 pips wiggle room)
