The early CSD is a little riskier, as I said. I have seen traders who trade the early CSD to get a better risk reward ratio. If an MLV occurs after an extreme, then they use the first opportunity to catch the trend reversal. This can be done by trading an early CSD, when the price is still above the 50 EMA.

In the second example with the normal CSD, the price is below the EMA50. To start with, I would just trade the normal CSD.

5. Reentry (after CSD or early CSD)

As already mentioned, entries are only made in the 510 zones or beyond.

After a CSD sell signal, we wait for the correction to at least the 510 high zone for a short trade.
After a CSD buy signal, we wait for the correction to at least the 510 low zone for a long trade.

6. CSM

After a new trend has been established, we often get momentum in the new trend direction. CSM stands for candlestick momentum. This signal can be used to find the best trades in the BBMA strategy. There is also an early version of this signal that carries more risk, the CSA or early CSM.

7. Reentry (after CSM)

Basically the same story as CSD reentry.

When a CSM sell signal appears we wait for at least a correction to the 510 high zone or beyond before making a short trade.
When a CSM buy signal appears we wait for at least a correction to the 510 low zone or beyond before making a long trade.

So, these are the 7 basic building blocks that make up the BBMA strategy. I hope I made it clear enough. All of these things seem a little overwhelming at first, but this passes after a short time.

It is also important to note that there are a total of 5 setups, of which only 2 are really strong in my opinion.

1. Extreme Setup (countertrend)
2. CSD Setup (trend reversal)
3. early CSD Setup (trend reversal)
4. CSM Setup (trend continuation)
5. early CSM Setup (trend continuation)

The CSD Setup and the CSM Setup are the strongest and very conservative. I consider the CSM Setup to be the strongest in BBMA Strategy.

Now it is best to memorize these things and understand the logic of the BBMA cycle before you start fine-tuning in the form of multi-timframe analysis and other useful things.

Multi Timeframe Analysis

For the multi timeframe analysis of the BBMA Strategy, 3 time frames are initially used. You can also decide which trading style is best for you.

- Position trading (MN, W1, D1)
- Swing trading (D1, H4, H1)
- Day trading (H4, H1, M15)
- Scalping (H1, M15, M5)

For the multi timeframe analysis, a checklist with various codes is used to find trading opportunities. In addition, these trading opportunities must be confirmed by this code on smaller time frames.

the list for the codes looks like this:

R = Reentry
E = Extreme
M = MLV
EE = Double Extreme


Example for Swing Trading with REM code:

On D1 chart we find a Reentry after CSD sell signal. Price rises beyond the 510 sell zone and also touches the EMA 50. (R)
On H4 chart we find an Extreme. (E)
On H1 chart we find MLV. (M)

We wait for the trading opportunity until the downward trend on the H1 chart is continued by a CSD. So we have a CSD sell signal on H1 and we wait for the correction in the 510 sell area where we then enter the sell trade. The SL could be above the MLV on H1 (50 pips) and the TP could be set on the lower BB on D1 (200 pips).

To get a better risk reward ratio, you could for example take the entry on M15 or M5 instead of H1. However, there is a higher risk of being stopped out.

I can understand the gold trade. After the CSM sell you short on the EMA50 + mid BB.
Can I ask if you trade one single chart or do you also use multi timeframe analysis?

Unfortunately I can't understand the GJ trade. Perhaps you would like to explain on what basis you considered this trade.

I like your layering technique. Perhaps you would like to say something about it too.

Is this not the reentry? why did you chosed the other one?

Yes you are right, I only chose this example to illustrate a clear picture of a REM code. Basically all marked places are reentries after CSD sell signal.

Example in BTCUSD from yesterday,

Unfortunately the price on the H1 chart did not manage to form an extreme. This means that the BBMA code is not complete and the setup is invalid.

Nevertheless, I think that if you look at the setup from a logical standpoint, it would be possible to get ready for a sell trade here. Especially with the background that a complete BBMA cycle has emerged on the M15 chart.

But everyone has to decide that for themselves. Sometimes you find yourself in a gray area.

If the extreme on H1 had been complete, the BBMA code would have been REE here.

Sorry for the late reply..okay so for the GJ trade actually I am
anticipating for the MHV setup to take place in the 4h TF. Also hoping that it will also eventually turn into a D1 MHV setup. But I closed the trade right after the H1 CSM close. It's just purely because of the shape of the BB itself which gives me a sign that the upward momentum is about to run out of steam.

Yes I used Multi TF analysis. Because I had the pleasure of learning from Oma Ally myself and MultiTF is the back bone of BbMa especially if it involves layering techniques. Well I'm glad that someone whose not from Malaysia started a BbMa thread. I wish to see these thread goes further.

If the setup plays out, in my opinion the first take profit would be on the D1 chart.

If a CSM sell signal then appears on the D1 or W1 chart, I even see potential for TP2 on the W1 chart with several reentry options on lower TFs.

Nevertheless, since today is Monday there is a possibility that the setup will not work today...

Price seems to be somewhat bullish, as long as we do not have a valid BBMA code (H1, M15, M5) and cycle (trendchange on M5), no sell will be made here.
