- in H1 you can use Power Bars = Engulfing Two where two(2) previous bodies is smaller than current bar's body.

warning: with the use of Power of 6-Bars, i respect the author on how he dealt with the power of 6-Bars. but for this thread, yours truly is using with the very KEY.
--> this signal is with the use of bollinger bands where bands are ( tight or narrow = accumulation or indecision) and ( wide or loose = trending direction = manipulation and distribution).

usually when using H1 or H4 the price action will usually take place in asian session OR both asian and london session OR it happens in all sessions
== where the whole day is in accumulation or we can see price action of the day is an inside bar.

this is the part where power bar 6 is in action by breaking the high or low of bars #1 to #5 or its designated tops or bottoms where we set our line or lines for break out.

when wide bollinger bands can happen also in asian OR botth asian and london OR in all sessions where the whole day is trending direction (both up and down) that gives us an outside bar = this is where manipulation and distribution took place in both up and down directions.

i dont know exactly what is inside bar and what is outside bar for you. all i know is as shown in image.
