the ashur guy is funny. Good returns y/y but the trading strategy gives me some sort of venereal disease
Yeah sure making alot of money trading but selling courses or groups ect and broker refferal links, if i earned this money i wouldnt waste time making videos or selling courses, one thing i realised in this new era is that so many people get rich not by trading, dropshipping ect, people get rich by selling courses or dreams to other desperate people

Can someone explain to me why Gold on futures is dropping and Gold on Forex is going up?
I have Forex account and also futures account and it seems very confusing.

That's a question about trading and not about prop firms, which is the objective of this topic. You have hundreds of other topics in forex factory to make that question or you can even open your own topic to get answers. Please let's keep this topic just for prop firm discussions.

Some times it does.

In Forex .. gold spot moves up, while in futures it is down.

This happens only when there is no big volume. ( In futures and spot )

In NY or European session mostly, the spot and futures move in same direction.
Intraday only.
I read a comment from one of the best traders I know. His friend succeeded in a prop challenge, had a good system, and was moved to the A list. This meant the prop firm started copying his trades with large lot sizes. Sooner or later, the algorithms detected the big volumes and targeted them, ultimately destroying the system.
I have 2 open challenges, I will make my payments back and some extra on a few payments, then will transfer that to my normal broker, and leave props forever.

Why do they have to copy anyway? Isn't it easy for them to just pass it on to the Liquidity Provider or the Bank (The Markets)?

I have two funded accounts. One with FTMO and second with CTI and with both prop firms my expriehce is really good. Anyway,I was planning to buy an account with E8 but unfortunately it's banned in UAE now I interested in pipfarm if someone has experience with it please share ?

Not sure this trader is the real deal or just another You Tube guru. Have looked at several of his videos some of what he is saying makes sense. I would not allow that much money to set in any brokerage account for any length of time. Some of the dates on what he showed to be his account seems to out of place, but I could certainly be wrong. Another thought...... Making that kind of money why waste your time on You Tube? These are just my views & nothing more.

I agree. Trading forex for me was/is much simpler. MT4 & MT5 charts are the best for me. I do trade futures on a personal account using MT5 charts, so that make trading futures work for me.

What that guy showed in the video can be easily edited with html, if he makes so much money why he selling a telegram group and wanting to earn money with ic markets affliatle?

I have not heard anything bad in X. They are a bit new, so not many reviews in Trust pilot. Only 125 and only 2% 1 star.

They have some consistency rules that may be annoying for some trading style. Better to check that.

I watched the video and noticed that the presenter's video feed is bigger than usual. More importantly, it covers the URL bar, so there’s no way to tell if the browser is actually opening the real website or just showing a locally edited file.

Also, if someone were making that kind of money from trading, they probably wouldn’t spend time running a YouTube or Telegram channel, promoting affiliate links, or selling one-on-one mentorships. The fact that they put so much effort into such things shows they can’t actually make money from trading. Running these channels and keeping up the act seems harder than just trading successfully.

thanks brother for sharing your experience and other important details. Beisdes i have already read all their rules and for me they are not problematic. After using it i will share my experience with you people In Sha Allah.

one of the best traders you know is also one of the dumbest. What happened wasn’t algos detecting big volume it is condition decay. The alpha of the strategy was pushed to its limits till the alpha disappeared. It’s mathematical and its why there are very few forex millionaires let alone billionaires most rich people from forex sell nonsense courses or signals or failed wealth management

Yeah and notice how he already has the tabs all open to show, i bet if he press F5 to refresh the page it will not show those figures
The amount of scammers in the world, especially in the trading space, is astounding.
Everyone really over complicates things as well.......trading, as with any type of statistic/probabilty gambling....ie poker, sports betting, etc, truly comes down to risk management.....you only need a slight edge. Of course, WITHOUT an edge, no risk management will save you from losing.
When I play poker, I keep 50 buy ins in my bankroll. If I lose 50 buy-ins, I don't have an edge and shouldn't be playing poker.
With trading, unlike all other gambling, we have the advantadge of getting out of a losing bet without taking the full loss. The other advantadge (if trading small enough) is the ability to add/remove from the bet. I cannot bet on a sports team and if they jump out to an early lead, double down on the bet (with the same odds)
The entry is so irrelevant when compared to how you manage the profit and loss targets.
This is why you can show the same exact system to two different traders....one will kill it while the other will crash and burn.
