EURUSD crossed the middle band and MA 50 from the upside reached the lower band, RSI level 37 with a descending channel. The dollar index weakened slightly.fell drawing a bearish decision candle with a small body with shadows on the top and bottom of the candle falling from 107,810 to a low of 106,969 closing at 107,328.

There is a big gap in DXY all the way up to 108.9 region. Needs to get filled which means good chance that EURO falls down to the 1.02 level. Watch out.

Actually. looks like there is a glitch in the broker's feed for DXY there is no gap. Just checked a different broker and not seeing the same gap. Please ignore. That said we may see a pullback to 1.38 region.

I suspect this is the liquidity pullback, it won't surprise me at all if the next NY session takes E/U to 1.055, before dumping at the Fed later this week.

0479 has been run over like it didn't matter. The floor at around 0407 is open, slip 0383, extension/overshoot 0345.

Based on H1, if bears can protect 1.0440 area, we can continue lower.. Otherwise, we have to wait for a correction..

For this week, today might be the soft beginning of red data driven days... Tomorrow, hopefully, real action will start and continue until end of week...

I am marking 1.04395 area as current resistance... Bears are still trying to protect it...

My short from 1.0441 with its stop at 1.0440 is waiting for progress.. Let's see how this results...

*1.0395/1.04 zone is the nearest bear target waiting for being retested...

Hello Ata, wouldn't consider MACD divergence in last loosing buy ? so you would avoid it.

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. On a side note, I must warn those who think just because H1 is bearish it will stay that way... NO!
  2. Please keep an eye on 1.0417 area for this week as it can turn into a strong supportive level.. which then would support bulls on the longer run!
  3. In the meantime, my sell order got stopped out with +1 pips...
  4. I will be on sidelines for a while, but I might switch back to bullish throughout the course of today's flow... No rush!

Now, buyers could be luckier than bears this week because of DAILY chart...

I will only watch for some time before switching to bullish because both sides are trying hard to protect their corners.. 1.0417 area is key!
