M5 if you want to intraday trade Forex, H1 as a second option.

Here is "Deep Seek" short trade for +250. Got a signal on Sunday night here, could not resist. Sometimes done for the day, before the day started.

Have them up on one screen and pick the best setup.

VCP pattern appeared on a graph, but I was waiting for momentum so entered on 4th pullback.
EDIT: Lost 2R in this trade, feeling frustrated.

New structure showed instead of that one, still a vcp pattern, I've waited for momentum and entered. I just don't understand how would I know there is going to be a new structure in a first place.

I am reposting this again, as THIS IS an A+++++++ setup.

I think you are taking a pop as an all in all technical analysis....Are you forgetting direction of the markets, perhaps at least on the higher timeframe?

Pop happens after a squeeze, but can be continue to be a broadening squeeze instead of pop, so you lose both ways. I would highly recommends to wait for the trades as the one been discussed today....it looks good and feels good, even if Stop out occurs, trader should feel good taking that trade.

I have a directional bias that I favor. I proceed with entry conditions based off of these biases which will directly impact my money management and trade setup.

For example in this trade that just triggered, my bias is bullish. So when I do get a pop to the upside I have a tighter SL, and more psychological confidence to hold my position.

HTF just like any other indicator can sometimes be a fallacy. I typically like to trade the candles im looking at, but I do take it into consideration

If you rephrase the question to "where to add a 2nd trade after moving the S/L to at least BE" My humble opinion would be the 3rd arrow (the righter most). It's the only one that is a momentum candle that also clears the cluster.

Given all the MAs on your chart, the first trade is easy to see if you watch for the first pull back after the MAs cross over. The entry (which has been pointed out) just happens to be a momentum candle that also clears the cluster.
