Disliked{quote} Followed by another oneEven elif we entered after the first explosive move there is still pips to gain from the second one. Now here's where it gets tough...do we assume that there's enough momentum to break to new lows or do you take your money and run. I would say from observing the squeeze we had to the left which was relatively substantial with tons of buying absorbed, this might be worth sticking around for better RR with a SL moved to BE? {image}

DislikedThis is ready to go, but which way. PA isn't the best. More sellers absorbed, more touches, maybe a pop to the upside. I'm considering a LIMIT in the breakout zone {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} There is nothing to assume, every trade is different, you know my mantra - Entries are just 10% of the whole business. At times if I am "wrong"(I do not believe in this word when it comes to trading.), I can still make money properly managing a trade. Start moving towards the other 90% of the business, Money Management(40%), Controlling MindFuck(Fear and Greed)(50%)Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi RickM Glad to see your reply, it's the only way I learn something new about squeezes. Could you, please, explain why you looked for rejection before squeeze, waited for retest with lower low and only then entered. Also, there was squeeze on my screenshot with 3 candle duration, isn't that enough? P.S. you said about BE SL, how many candles or distance you wait before placing that stop? Thanks in advance.Ignored
DislikedHad this level marked before the spike down, definitely an area of interest. Waiting before setting limit, want to see some more absorbtion, or see the squeeze become highly compressed. If I did set limit I wouldn't target very far Edit - squeeze is currently bouncing between highly compressed and normal compression, still waiting {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Money Management is not taught skill, after years of monitoring your personal behaviors and feelings, it is up to individual trader to decide how much pressure he/she can handle when "wrong" trade does not go traders direction or how much guts trader has to stay in the trade all the way to TP.Ignored
Disliked{quote} From a verified instutional trading desk employee What "edge" or model gives retail the best chance? While I can't give you a prescriptive answer here, I will suggest what my past response is: identify different market regimes... once you identify a regime (ex. Trump bull run, pandemic black swan event, rising inflation, MBS imbalance, yield inversions, etc) find or create a trading strategy that can be profitable. I will openly share how I approach trading here I break it down like this: - 10% Signal Generation (this is the strategy used,...Ignored
