Daily objetive: 50 pips

Take profit: 10 to 50 pips (depends on market conditions and my patience)

Max stop loss per trade: 1% (max 30 pips loss, more than that normally doesn´t make any sense)

Max drawdown per day 5% (better to take the day off than to blown my account)

This is how overtrading looks like, 88 trades, no sense at all, should have waited for the High Alignment Setups.

Flamita is coming and that is keeping me very excited, to say the least, and I have a guest in my house, that changes my routine.

I´ll run 5k this afternoon I hope this will help me to relax and refocus.
