Hi, given the number of LIARS on FF. And the level of suspicion of fakes, that's the first thing to do for any TEACHING thread.

A mere 10 live trade call doesn't take much effort. Yet we mostly get ZERO life trade calls. Zero. So afraid of live calls, instead we get walls of bullshite text to fool others. Pretty artwork charts after the fact. ZERO chart about the future that we all trade. History charts are not charts, they are Picasso ARTWORK. What use is there looking at ARTWORK last 15m, last hr, last 4hrs, yesterday, last week?

The LIARS shun this 10 live trade calls. They feel uneasy, nervy, full of excuses. That's how to spot one. Inversely, it's also easy to spot the real deal.

Why fear live trade call?
Some calls hit profit target, some hit stop loss. It's normal trading. No harm done.

Because those calls reveal whether that trader,

1. Follow his own rules that he preach,
2. The market, the true master of forex, will reveal the traders true knowledge after that trade call,
3. The stop loss and profit target will reveal the traders real knowledge when matched against the future market,
4. 10 swing trade calls is enough though the confidence level can be higher with more calls. Scalps require 3x more. Fakes will not survive 10calls. 20 makes it more bullet proof.

I can be sure fakes will mess up big time when they make calls in front of FF crowd. 100%. You will be shocked how these fake gurus actually trade that they don't tell you. Yes, SHOCK.

Anyone want to bet, if the "guru" finally gather some bollocks to make live calls, it'll be based on super high timeframe or super short scalps. ZERO brave enough to make intraday swing calls. ZERO.

ermmm...what does an 80% win rate prove? That's pretty easy to do...but it doesn't prove profitability. Just like a 20% win rate doesn't mean you have a losing system. Scalpers will often have have a very high "win rate". Martingalers too. It's what they do with the LOSING trades that matter

We need to assume they are bragging about their win rate because they want us to believe they are consistently profitable traders, not because they want us to know that, in the end, they are losers fighting to stay above water.

You aren't being asked to expose your trading strategy. Only proof of consistent profitability—entry price, take profit, stop loss (on live trades). Some say 10 trades will suffice, but I disagree. I think the sure way to prove your ability is on 100 live trades.

You can always start a thread for people to follow, giving your entry price, take profit target, and stop loss. Then, at the end of each trade, you can update the post by saying it was a winner or a loser and tally up the winners vs the losers on the main post of the thread.

If you are going to make bold claims about your trading ability, then you need to be ready to get called out on it. Reluctance to show your receipts only raises suspicion. Otherwise, don't make bold claims.

I didn't say that you are selling.

As for the "before happening", posting trade calls, i.e. entry, sl, tp levels, prices only, before the facts which would act as proof that you made the trades, in lieu of a TE in case you don't have a TE, it is not revealing your precious system.

It's not likely they will comply. But seeing someone with an 80% win rate following 100 live trades would be remarkable. I don't think there is a Forex trader in the world who could accomplish such a thing. If there is a claim to this, I want to see proof. After all, it is not unreasonable to expect someone who makes a bold claim of themselves to back it up.

Unfortunately, there are a number of people in this forum who like to brag—blowing smoke without backing up their claims. There was a so-called Supply and Demand trader who got his membership revoked years ago. He was one of the most abusive people I have ever encountered online. He would often insult others and act like he was the stuff. But he never really backed up his claims with solid proof of consistent profitability. I've learned that it's best to ignore such people, as they are just looking for attention.

That's not to imply Eurorally is just looking for attention. However, he has put himself in a difficult situation where he now has to produce the receipts to back up his claim. I think the best thing to do is to avoid boasting about win rate, and to be respectful to forum members who show themselves to be respectful to others. As for bullies like the one I mentioned above who got booted out of here, they don't deserve respect.

I have been involved in contemporaneous trading several times on FF. I would start each trading session (usually scheduled a few days in a row) with a brief analysis of what I was trading (which pairs were on my radar for the day). Then I added some analysis of the selected pairs, how I was reading the narrative of the pair, would add targets, wait for set ups to develop, then noted each trade I took (as I entered them) and why. It is a very time-consuming process to document all of that, and I did not have time to answer questions or chat about what was happening in the market. I am, after all, trading. Posting charts and comments as PA unfold is tricky, but I think it is possible to post ahead of trades, in most cases. If you find a dozen real traders to participate, I'd join them.

Yeah, it's not limited to bragging but also posting a trade call without price levels, like "sell here" or "buy here" if the trade goes wrong, they vanish and will come back if the market price matches their trades, even if the trade position had been in severe DD, let alone the days passed since it was posted, they'd shout "TP hit!"

Who were the bullies?

Sleight of hand trickery. Lol

As for who the bully was, I would rather not say as it is best to move on. Just put it this way, I had a very bad experience years ago on FF with some nasty people in one of the EURUSD threads.

NO....It's not enough to just ask to see an 80% win rate. It means NOTHING on it's own. Like I said before, an 80% win rate does not mean someone is profitable. You'd be much better asking for their AVERAGE PROFIT per trade over 100 trades. Someone can Scalp the DAX for 10 pips profit with a 50 pip SL. If they take 10 trades and win 80% of the time that's 80 pips. I don't need to tell you what the other 20% of trades resulted in.

EDIT...so after the maths we have +80 pips and -100 pips giving a total profit of -20. So the AVERAGE PROFIT per trade is -2 pips. Not such a great 80% system.
