Hi Haz

Without doubt, the best session to trade is from US Open. If you can trade then, the best in order is US500 / DOW /. Nasdaq / US2000.
I am based out of Australia so that time period is hard for me to trade often (US Open starts at 12.30am for me) so I normally trade 3 primary markets during the London session instead. I favour ES / Gold / Oil Futures but also watch EU & Bitcoin.

Bitcoin on the One Hour Chart offers perhaps the BEST SQUEEZE'S Setups I have ever seen - always watch it.

As for Targets, I don't have any. Just trade the setup till momentum fails (or cross of the 21EMA).
On Forex, H1 works best.

Thanks for the reply. What about Forex pairs, any favourites? I'm trying to stay away from indices and crypto.
I shall follow this thread to learn more first. Appreciate more examples and guidance from you and MachineLearn when you can share!

Which one is recommended to use, HA or candlestick? Because you use both and results of squeeze are different if you use HA.

BTC H1 in a squeeze. Orange dots indicate it was extreme at one point during the squeeze which is good. On the lower time frame there was a small breakout from a squeeze but price mildly pulled back. We'll observe what happens when the squeeze ends and what momentum looks like.

Correct, I sometimes show HA candles BUT its for illustrations reasons only.

Candles & HA focus too much on the CLOSE, we should be studying the range.

I trade using BARS, its best to see the range.
If you use HA Candles, you need to change the Keltner Band spec's.

I am a lousy manual trader. Weak stummock you know. But I think I will have a go with this strategy. It will make life easier if I have a mtf. indicator that sends an alarm when a possible setup occurs. Does anybody else have an interest in that? I can make it if I get help to use the right parameters.

Will it be better if I do not pollude this thread with an indicator Machin??
MetaTrader 4 - so many advantages.

I am trying to make A+ setup entries clear. What if we are in an uptrend, red dots appear before pullback to 21ema and have yellow momentum, then pullback appears, also momentum switches to light blue and dots are still remaining red, is this A+ setup and should I enter right away on red dot or wait for black dot on the next candles with rising momentum? Scenario two is the same case is after pullback momentum also switches to light-blue but dot switched to black, how to enter in this case? And the third scenario is previous 2 scenarios, but red dot then black dot/ red dot then red dot appeared already on pullback. Thanks for patience and Happy holidays.

let's pretend there is no range and it is a trend, is this a+ setup or A+ setups are the ones which pulled back from ema with red dot, and red dot appeared on increasing momentum

Take the trade on the Black Dot if price is moving away from the 21 EMA with momentum. Risk is low because you can place your stop on the other side of the EMA and hope momentum continues for a while.

AVERAGE MOVE FOR A SQUEEZE SETUP =. 6 to 8 Bars then if gifts some more

Hokkaido Gokoku - jinja Shrine

About 4pm, I found a quiet spot on a bench, near that big tree and began trading. I get my inspiration from those special places in the world that raise my emotional senses - and this 120 year Shrine in the top of Japan was one of those gems. It was just me and the Bitcoin Market without a single other sole anywhere to be seen.

I saw a H1 Squeeze setup and took a Long from the 21 EMA - it ran beautifully for 20 minutes but my profits were short lived because it sharply reversed back down to my STOP for a small loss.

Bugger, I let a nice gain slip away. Its snowing just a bit more which relaxes me some.

I read a news story about BlackRocks EFT being hit my strong withdraws from investors - $100K is too much for some. It hits me hard then that I should only be looking for Shorts so I move down to M5 Chart and look for some Squeeze Setups there.

Snow is getting harder, I move uncover near some sort of Lion statue that looks grumpy that I am.

Then I see another Squeeze on M5 that is following a Trend, looks like a A+ Setup.
Range breakout - Trend - Good Momentum - Leaving the 21 EMA - CHECK. CHECK. CHECK. CHECK

I'm in

Wind swirls the snow some more and the sun has now set so it's getting dark. I see some worker sweeping away the snow from the entrance but no one else.

Trades looking good

Here comes the momentum WHAM down it goes

Then it drifts, no some fanny car stuff but its still moving down some more so I stay in position.
About now this worker starts waving his hands around - to be it means get the hell out of here.

I exit this position for a 2.3% gain to my Equity, and shuttle out of the Shrine before this guy with no hair actually slams the door closed as I passed
which made me slip down the stairs and fall in a heap at the snow covered pathway below.

Laptop in good condition lucky.
However a bruised backside to show for my efforts - BUT WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO TRADE

That bald head guy was laughing, I am sure of that

RiskFighter, it would be great if you can code MTF squeeze dashboard in MT5, similar to this from TradingView.

If you are an MT5 coder(experienced) and know how to code this dashboard indicator, identically to below TV indicator and later to code ea with few simple rules, you may want to DM me or post it here.

I been trading through my personal ea for the last 3 years and know that robot is an excellent way to test, optimize and and trade markets forward.

In a few weeks if no one comes up with it, I may coded it through my MT5 developers. I will then create ea out of it and put this technique through my vigorous and scientific backtesting and optimization. I studied John Ehlers methods and it is a real science to properly backtest and optimize.

-> John Carter recommends entering a position after at least 5 black dots or wait for 1st green dot ; and
-> Exit on second blue or yellow bar or, alternatively, remain in the position after confirming a continuing trend through a separate indicator.

Orange to red to black to green on the entry Also, stayed in a high compression squeeze for a considerable period of time.

Updated first post to include the description of the TTM Squeeze Pro indicator by the author himself.

Can add context to the system and also answer any questions about the different colors and dots.
