Can you give us some context please?

I never understand these apparently crystal ball predictions; to me they are just a WAG - Wild Azz Guess.

And if by some chance, that happens, you become a "hero" or with a bit of luck, make 2 or 3, and be a "GURU".

Fundamentals drove the price down here so far, small retracements happen on profit taking, but it takes another shift to change a major trend.

At least to my logical brain at least, that's why I am asking for your analysis, if any, thanks.

Please start a thread in Journals so we can track these predictions.

And a few charts would be good.

Maybe you don't understand the concept of a Forum?

Buy Signal At AUDUSD in future market ... so i will go buy pair at forex .....

Australian Dollar: The Reserve Bank of Australia was one of three G10 central banks that did not cut rates in 2024. Yet, the Australian dollar was not rewarded. It slumped a little more than 9.1%; losing a little more than 1.25% more than the Canadian dollar and about 2.3% less than the New Zealand dollar, where both central banks pursued among the most aggressive easing of monetary policy among the high-income countries. The economy has slowed, and inflation is moderating. This will allow the RBA to initiate an easing cycle. The odds have increased of a move at the first meeting in 2025 (February 18). The swaps market has about 80 bp of cuts discounted for the new year. The 50-day moving average fell below the 200-day moving average ("dead man's cross") in early December and the Australian dollar did not look back. It set new 2024 lows, near $0.6180 at the end of the year. A break of $0.6170 targets $0.6100, and possible $0.6000. A move above $0.6300 would help stabilize the technical tone.

in 2010 when was Greece crisis about debt Angela Merkel and Jean-Claude Juncker were talking opposite things and market was reacting to their statements. Even Merkel fart market was responding...Crazy time many loses in trading for me and many other traders...

First term Trump was also intense since he was disclosing economic data in advance and his impulsive decisions...For those who knows to trade it was good volatile time many lost and many mad money

A few days ago FT drop fake news , market crushed USD like crazy then Trump denied that and USD went up on same crazy way...

USA is involved in 2 wars, maybe 3rd coming, attempt to change governments around world, Brics, tarrifs, attempt to take land of countries 36 trillion debt, elon musk mess up with election of other countries.

it is just beginning of year...I will just look chart without reading news and prediction trading...

The AU is the shadow currency of the CNY

I see AUD/USD rising considering the strength of the meter is high bullish. There's a trend continuation pattern along with a double bottom.

After having good news today for AUD it goes down ever since. Make it make sense. Also USD news has been bad this week which is even more bizarre why AUDUSD is going down the past 5 hours. I guess everything is just technical this week the news hasn’t meant much overall.

The Australian dollar is still being suppressed tonight, just look at the Chinese yuan to see the reason for the suppression.

I was watching Trader Tom trading live on Index and he mentioned how he watches the 4 by 15M candles from Open for a directional clue, sort of a 1-Hour breakout, I guess, except it's mainly on the 4th bar.

So, I thought, how about using 4 by 4-Hour for a clue on the weekly on Forex?

Looks like this for AUDUSD, probably the best as so may pairs just ranging or wildly Yo-Yo this week on the US news releases.

Any thoughts, possible significance?

looks like an interesting strategy more suited for trading days without fundamental data release.

interesting usually don't trade my gut but, my instinct is AU will have some sort of parabolic move to .6100 then upside momentum will burst through this 5 month downtrend. i certainly believe this market is being driven to an objective, highly undervalued imho.

Hello, I am short on AUDUSD (0.61378) since Monday 13, 11:00am. I think it will rise during the upcoming week or month. However, I am currently down $300 on my $1,465 capital. I believe we could reach the 0.61593 zone (there is a gap on the M1 chart). But I’m not sure because there is strong bullish momentum. My TP are in 0.61650.
What do you think about this? Do you think it’s possible for the price to drop below 0.61500 today? (It seems relatively complicated.) Thank you for your response.
