My expectation for the week is a rally on the EU ahead of next weeks dollar fest, which I feel will drop the Euro down to new lows, maybe around the 10222 levels or worse.

For this week, if the EU can rally through the sell-side imbalance from 22.11 and reuse it as an inverted (support) zone, we may see brief recovery to 10600 levels. We'll see ...

Nice swing to the upside bouncing off the quarterly M0(white line) so price finds value above H4 middle pivot. In this downtrend I will keep going long on these upward swings at these pivot target levels until eventually we get a trend reversal to the upside

EURUSD fell slightly today, almost recovering the gap that occurred on Monday, the price broke the lower band and MA 50 from the upper side.

"Don't fight the Fed", this is the phrase to live by with EURUSD, if only I had a crystal ball (haha). Fed fund futures are down and Trump's recent talk of specific tariffs gives a major downward pressure. Aside from Goolsbee and Cook the Fedspeak(c) has been largely hawkish. Fed minutes will give a better view of the Fed's mentality but until then I would expect ranging to the low end. Additionally. the effective rate has been at the low end of the effective Fed range. This is expected under the current Fed's 'floor' approach, but it gives the flexibility to keep rates higher without constricting growth. A pre-2008 Fed may act differently but we will see...

Quick Weekly Outlook

So where are we right now? The chart says we are at channel bottom (The "big void" has been reached), meaning:
IF ~1.0455 area continues to support, we should slowly complete this corrective phase and re-enter the bullish phase. Patience!

yes you have so much time before breaking the trendline from histo window, this may play ranging before going upside.

for me, no rush for upside direction yet
