I think over the coming months USD will continue to strengthen, but surely there will be pullbacks.

However also consider this - Trump is going to end the war in Ukraine, what impact will that have on EUR? It will go up a lot - the question, is, at what point will the anticipation of the war's end kick in.

I suspect a lot of large moves are coming up in the months ahead - watchout and watch breakout levels, this will not be a ranging market.

I would look at how the election is pushing the market and go from there. It seems that electoral votes for Harris are in favor of EU, and Trump votes go USD. Harris appears to be back in this thing so it's up to the last 5 states that haven't closed polls. If Harris wins, the market may spike up...but we'll have to see.

  2. I am marking 2 main resistance zones: ~1.0780 as the nearest and ~1.0860 as longer-term...
  3. Long story short: current picture tells me to keep: rinse & repeat selling. Go bears go!

Quick Weekly Outlook

  1. Bears are probably running towards quarter line of channel: 1.0640 area... (we are nearing the big void as anticipated)
  2. Until I see a visible slow down of this fall, I stay bearish!

the market should be waiting for the final result (i see there is only 4 left for Trump) to make the final decision, until then we are retracing. I don't think price action is much help until then.

**IMPORTANT WARNING**

Based on MONTHLY and pure technically: 1.0770 is an important support area! (Currently acting resistant!)

So my friends.... because of this 1.0770 support, I am keeping my highest amount of attention for the possibility that bulls can still win this back.

Again: This has nothing to do with election results. It is fully based on my technical view regarding to trend following and rinse & repeat buying most recent breakout levels. On the monthly chart, the latest breakout level was 1.0770 and therefore just be very very careful with your sell orders whenever price climbs back above this mentioned level on timeframes like H4 and D1!
