No it is entirely wrong !!!. Thats why i introduced how orderflow works in the beginning . So what we learned in the beginning is that for every retail buyers and sellers equal counter order is opened by MM so it absorbs every order , if that is the case market wont move , cause market moves only with imbalance , now all orders neutralized so it stays there till MM intended to move to their direction. That means every candle is created by MM.This should be understood very clearly.
Another fact is that MM algo cant buy and sell their order within itself. They need retailers to place opposite orders to execute.
So if the everybody buying in a rally up market , market maker cant execute their buy orders , so the trick begins, they will sell in a rally up market to invite the retail sellers so the red candle forms , retailer who see red starts short, because most of us and our methods are counter move /reversal strategies. after enough short absorption, it moves up again. if that is the case , MM shorts at that red candle are now under loss when market moves up correct?
So after a move up MM drives the price down at certain point in time and close those shorts at Break even. that means they have to buy back,and moves the market again up after closing their orders. This happens in every scale , because 1 min red candle will not appear to daily tf trader , so he will only enter when daily red candle. likewise it keeps happening in every timeframe depends on visibility in that time frame.
For this reason we look for reaction at those order blocks, because it act like magnets for MM . But this is only true if the market is moving up, if market moving down after fake move up , they no need to close those shorts, because those shorts are under profit . If this is the case how we know whether it bounce off from that level ??...

What u see here old school compression engulf. And once it enter it goes to last zone. If u just follow this structure as it is you are bound to lose. Only time we shud take comression play is , FO oppposite and enguld CP. now what is the context here we see,
1.one thing we see ther is still some orders below the triple bottom ,
2.and price taken the first high out of the CP, which trapping the trend reversal traders to give hope ,and it may reverse back to buy zone below to stop hunt below the last low and trend reversal traders to lose thier shirts. ad continue up.
But why price often after enter into the CP goes last zone?.
Remember compression is fancy name , it is still trend traders lined up. they often place the SL across those multiple highs in the trend so everything can be taken out.
so can short to target the below the low. No thats counter trend . price can still happily go up without hitting the stop. We build the narrative "not for trading" , to "stay out of uncesseary trading "
For now this CP engulf is not valid untill i see a FO below and Engulf back. And when it hits the below demad zone i will trade only if i see the kink formed after breaking low is broken back.
