I updated my chart with 2 circles from yesterday.. All worked as planned and anticipated...
I updated my chart with 2 circles from yesterday.. All worked as planned and anticipated...
- These are the first minutes of the new month... Careful!
- I am marking ~1.0838 area as nearest support for Friday!
- Bulls could be targeting ~1.0937 area. From there we have to re-analyze.
- Overall, this is still only a correction inside a bear trend.
- As long as above 1.0838 and inside smaller circle, I keep buying dips.

I am looking to TS this trade even though this correction could go 2-3 times deeper. With the NFP approaching I am happy with the current 10:1 R:R of the trade... greed is a terrible thing. I may look at a re-entry at a lower price if I'm knocked out.

Quick Monthly Outlook
- With the new monthly candle, bears will probably first try to retest the latest breakout level: ~1.0775 area!
- After any potential bearish retest is done, we either drop below support or we bounce back up towards ~1.1095 levels.
- Based on my own system, I have to stick to the larger trend, because the latest breakout implies that 1.0775 area should now act supportive and bull shall continue. Therefore, in the longer run, I will be inclined to buy dips.
- That said, intraday wise I often trade based on H1, and there a new bearish correction might begin. So I probably will be bearish short term if momentum forces price lower.
Anyway, that's my two cents for now folks...
