NQ Day Trading

managed to get a "solid" 30min of chart time this morning (this was including overall market view over a cup of java). pretty range bound after
econ news at 10m EST. still pretty volatile with the mid east boiling. plucked 14T long just before the top of the hour. pretty choppy here
although something should rock the boat. looks to be an easy day to get stopped, so I'll leave it till' later. good luck if you are in.

Nicely done, Sir. Had an ok day in the end but at a much lower win rate. Couldn't get all the trades to fit onto the chart snip, apologies. (MNQ | 5 micros).

one quick trade for + 16 w/4 lots. PA pretty jumpy afterwards apparently with middle east news making waves. will leave it alone for
a bit to see if anything rational comes out of this. thank God for laundry. good luck if you're in.

talk about a trading range monday. had a little time this morning to watch a pretty narrow range. quite a few intermittent vol spikes to
jump or drop price. took a short near the top for plus 8T/5 lots. this was right near the top of the hour and spiked through my limit
then back up again. hourly shuffling by some algos. going to leave it alone for a while, seems to be coiling for a move later today/tmro.

Got involved with MNQ around the open (3 micros) - minus 88T to kick things off, a b/e and then a +413T. I should leave it there for the day. Good luck!

got back late this morning. good work on the mnq recovery. looks like that was the large move of the day thus far. otherwise the es,
has been in a trading range (5-7pts for over 2hours) with pushes above and below to shake out some traders. weak vol today, looks like
they are waiting for something again. similar pattern recently.

MNQ (5 micros) - another loser to start the day (-83T). Moved out to the 5min and saw the divergence around pre-market lows, hopped in long and managed to ride up to pre-market and yesterday's high for +572T. Good luck and until tomorrow.

looks like your A+ setup has been a consistent winner. the trading range is tough sometimes esp. with recent market conditions. haven't had more than 10-15 min
at a sitting to look in before other things call me away. no trades since a week ago monday. not looking good for the next 8-10 days as I'll be
out of town. market conditions generally have been unusual with the volatility high and participation (vol) lower than normal. today looked to be
a more return to what we have been used to seeing with the start of earning season. keep up the good work.

got back a bit earlier than expected. watched for a bit seeing the ES range being about 15pts for the last 2 1/2 hours. just before the top
of the hour (11am my time) looked to be a spike down to the lows and took a long (4 lots) chancing this would remain/move back in range
on the hourly. it did and took 16T (4 lots). still weak vol at this point in the day, should be close to double. VIX still above 20 so chances for
algo shenanigans is higher than normal. watch a bit more until my next distraction.

MNQ - a mid trade update (but had 2 b/e's earlier) - saw the potential session bottom from the RSI divergence but initial timing was off. 3rd time lucky perhaps and thankfully stops at b/e...what will be will be. Good luck if you're in!

..i have a value line at 20532 which it's pulling back from but i'm comfortable with the hold, if it hits b/e, so be it.

..no follow through, so given the time of day a bit of profit locked in a couple of swings back (5min chart).

..and now the reversal, at b/e with a view to getting lucky into the close, who knows.

..exited the short from the rsi divergence around the close. Tricky session for the approach i'm using but i'll take it.

good recovery on the initial loss. looks like you had some time to keep an eye on things. just got back late yesterday from being out of town for a week.
looking in, more range trading since the econ releases, fair but not overly robust vol/participation. took a short at the top of the range for a plus 28T
4 lots. was going to do more but my brother called from back east chatting for the next 15-20 min so missed out on more. heading out for a bit
so probably nothing more for the morning. next week should have lots of news with major tech earnings, econ news and the ever present
geopolitical anticipations hanging over our heads. good luck if you are in.

"same as it ever was" talking heads. popped in and out a few times since last week. usually during range trade times, today no different.
managed 8T on a short 4 lots while in a range. only one for the day as the tiny terrorist is on his way over for the day.

good afternoon yesterday. picked up + 16T/4lots while things seemed to settle down. gave back almost half of it this morning 2 trades minus 14T/1 lot each.
fairly tight stops for this market, but watching the volatility, best stay away if scalping until/unless it settles a bit. nervous money out there.
econ news seemed all over the place, if it can be trusted to be accurate. good luck if you are in.

a day of patience. since I often have to wait for so many other things thought I would let a trade run. small size just 1 lot. managed
61T short after waiting for an hour of ranging, it began to dump. could of, should of waited longer for more, but became a bit anxious
with the market conditions/winds of change. since it was a longer time/trade used an 8ema with a line graph overlay (easier on the eyes).
I am liking the later NY opening time for me since no clock change here. good luck if you are in.
