closed all shorts on monday in total loss of -5700 USD
As on today only remaining loss is - 805 USD
overall profit in 1.5 months +30562 USD

I expect that during the entire rate cutting cycle that gold will be well supported, what happens when we get to the end probably is decided by the shape of the economy.

OK,

After this small correction will start the final leg up for today. I am not sure how much time it will take, but it will go straight up. I am fully hedged because I do not know how high it will go (I dare say 2725 at least) ...

I really doubt that market will go below 2705 today ... WHY? So all the people are short can not recoup any of the losses.

As in Wolf of wall street, the name of the game is to transfer money from the retail trader into the pockets of the professional traders!!!!

my humble advice, do not carry position forward over this weekend, there are strong reports that israel might be hitting iran over the weekend which could result in gap in either direction depending on the severity of the attack
