My advice to you is to stop trading between 0800 and 1000 EST because this zigzag is happening almost every day during this time. Wait for 3rd NY hour to start.
It's annoying as fuck, just as is annoying that every major move happens off hours (in case of this week its asian session that usually does fuck all) but we can't do anything about it. There is a fight at every start of NY/stock market session.
There is zero indication of that happening sofar. This ain't a currency pair that has upper and lower limits for movements, this can go easily up to $3k before any significant drop happens. Significant drops are not 1-2 day take profit sessions we saw lately.
