my long journey is over here for me even though it may go down another 100 pips more. Wow what a drop. Previous analysis i mentioend we may see 2-3 weeks of downmovement. Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. I guess we are close to the bottom of the egg. I marked 1.0851 area on my chart yesterday, and now we have sort of arrived. From here on forwards, we first must see if the eggshell starts supporting (valid until 1.0819).
  2. BUT don't forget: it is only an eggshell.. it can easily break!
  3. However, if the eggshell acts supportive, a fresh correction could start. No rush though! Step by step!

That looks like a classic Elliott wave structure. I can just imagine wave 3 next rocketing up to the moon

EURUSD yesterday extended its decline, drawing a bearish candle. Today we are waiting for US retail sales and unemployment claims news.

Meanwhile, on H1...

  1. I am marking ~1.0861 area as nearest resistance.
  2. Bears are intact while a new MACD divergence is forming.
  3. Will divergence work this time? Answer: you shouldn't care. Rinse and repeat selling until failure! Simple!

IF the Dollar can close below the D1 imbalance median (blue line) after the NY session and news, I would typically expect an opportunity for the market to rebalance with the EU moving into an extended buyside rally. But given the election headlines in the US, I'm not so sure anything will happen until after the outcome is announced on Nov. 5. If it's Trump, the Dollar may just disappear into the stratosphere ...

Meanwhile, on H1...

While we rinse and repeat selling, eventually there comes the time where the flow becomes unstable!

The yellow area is this instability zone and I marked the top of it as max. tolerable level: ~1.08775...

As long as candles open below 1.08775, I let any sell order run. If/Once H1 candles open above it, I would switch to buying dips.

Hmmm.... 50ish pip range for the next couple of days??? 1.10 untested (weekly) IF it turns here(likely). 1.06 is in crosshairs (possible barring US intervention).
