Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing Stop, CCI, Laguerre and the two Stochastics. They all make sense to be optimized, but don't put too many steps in each option, use a maximum of 5 steps in each parameter

I would, but unfortunately I don't know how to program in MQL4

Ok dear Andrei.

Please one quick question.

I have actually been trying it on my MT5 Demo account on my computer and it worked very fine.
Then when I load the same EA files onto my same MT5 Demo account on a VPS it shows everything is fine but it doesn't enter/pick any trade, though it normally closes an existing trades that were picked by the MT5 without VPS.
On VPS, it closes but doesn't open trades
On main Computer, it works fine

Is there anything I am not doing right?

Hi Mishark, Open the toolbox and in the expets tab check if any messages are being generated It is likely that the lot is too high or the selected volume is invalid

And in the settings also configure MT5 as follows in the second image

Hi AndreiWN,

First of all, thank you for sharing this promising strategy! I am backtesting/optimizing it now on my mt5. Does anybody maybe already have other pairs optimized/ tested and wants to give their thoughts and parameters on that?

My goal is to have it running on a small demo account on multiple pairs at the same time, to steadily grow my account to where I feel confident enough to use real money.

Do you also think this is a scalable strategy? Like switch to more lots or even rewrite it to calculate the lot size based on a risk percentage people can set?

Hello, I have a question,not sure how profitable this strategy will execute on XAU/USD,i'm willing to try and test,see how i performs in upcoming

hello AndreiWN can i send my strategy to you ? its based on recovery zone when we enter buy or sell when sl hit opening next trade at sl position but with more settings

I am currently working on converting Andrei's MQL5 code to MQL4.
If someone's still interested, I'll post the EA.
PS: I tried it. Results are terrible, signals are way too late. In fact, it's better to trade in reverse direction )
