Well, it looks as the DXY is rolling over to the trendline it broke yesterday. If this does not hold, we could get a fake breakout.

this gonna fake breakout , i can see the divergence on rsi and its happening on high value, it will drop soon, both rsi periode 14 have divergence on eurusd and usdx

Quite possible, the DXY had an incredible run and 103.00+- was historically always a pivot or resistance/support area. With today we had in a very short timeframe 7 green full body candles. A retracement is due.

The decline continues but fades somewhat, there is a long wick on yesterday's bearish candle. RSI level 36 is near the oversold zone. Today we are waiting for US PPI data.

On H1, bulls are wasting time at sea level... Once these idle and limbo hours are over, I want to see if 1.0920 truly supports or not...

While above 1.0920, lazy bulls have the upper hand!

Yesterday looks like it was a difficult day for the dollar, leaving a pretty tired looking doji on the daily, extending well beyond the previous days high.

Might this support the bullish signals we're seeing on the EU .... Green pips y'all

So this is my first fundamental analysis in this forum:

EUR/USD Analysis (1D and 1W TF)

US Perspective
- US 10Y Treasury yields and DXY are both near resistance levels in the weekly timeframe. If they break resistance, it will confirm USD strength.
- The slightly higher-than-expected CPI combined with hawkish Fed tones reduces the likelihood of a 50 BPS rate cut, aligning with an 84.3% probability of a 25 BPS cut in November.
- The Fed has avoided a recession, and economic recovery is likely next quarter. Pre-election volatility may stabilize post-elections.
- USD could also benefit from safe haven flows if geopolitical tensions escalate.

EUR Perspective
- Eurozone yield curves are falling, creating a yield gap that favors USD.
- Germany's weakening trade balance, negative Q2 GDP, and a shortage of skilled workers weaken sentiment.
- Falling investor confidence and expectations of a 25 BPS ECB rate cut in October, along with easing inflation, indicate further EUR weakening.

Conclusion:
The USD is likely to strengthen, while the EUR may suffer due to weaker economic data, lower yields, and expected ECB rate cuts.

Based on H1, and from here on forwards it is all about ~1.0944...

While below, bears still have the upper hand! Can bulls take that level back? Can bulls at least protect 1.0920?
