EUR/USD broke below the 1.1002 daily support after better-than-expected US NFP data, reaching a low of 1.0959 before retracing to 1.0981, which acted as previous support and now resistance. This level held, leading to another leg down toward 1.0943, with potential to reach the 100-day moving average at 1.0928. As the weekend approaches and the trading week nears its end, EUR/USD will continue to trade until the close, but I’ll be wrapping up here. It’s been a fantastic week, mostly filled with success! EUR/USD dropped to 1.0951 after expectations for a 0.50% rate cut by the Fed were reduced to 0.25%. This shift came as Non-Farm Payrolls rose more than forecast at 254k, with unemployment dropping and hourly earnings growing faster than expected.

The pair remains bearish, with the next targets at 1.0940 and the 1.0862/80 zone. A deeper drop to 1.0777 is possible but may take over a week to materialize. If the pair retraces upwards, 1.1000/1.1020 could be tested, but downside pressure toward 1.0940 or the 1.0905 monthly support level is more likely.

If a move above 1.1000 extends beyond 1.1020 (monthly resistance), the next target would be around 1.1045–50 (daily moving average). Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

RELATIVE ANALYSIS
Hoping you had a great rest and weekend.

This is my analysis:

Based on my strategy, with the help of the H1 and Journal graph. We have witnessed the break of last month's low at 1.10020, leaving a large FVG after some important news. Which makes me think that they will seek to fill said FVG to continue with a descent to the last OB in break that I marked in H1 (1.09266 - 1.09136), and then rise again to 1.11221 or perhaps more.

In conclusion:

The level 1.10020 - 1.10152 seems like a perfect selling zone to me. On the other hand, the level 1.09266 - 1.09136 seems like a perfect buying zone to me.

(PLEASE NOTE THE OVERSOLD LEVELS ON H1 AND THE DIVERGENCE)

EUR/USD is ranging between 1.0981 - 1.0951 looking down for the 1.0940 support. If the last breaks then we should see a fall to 1.0905 - 1.0900 levels. 1.0981 resistance should hold or a more corrective wave to 1.1000/08 or 1.1020 may come. Have a great week ahead!
