I would say yes. And City Traders Imperium as well. Long history, reputable and low % of 1 stars in trust pilot.
Each one has their own weak points but these days we're already happy if they pay without causing troubles.

That's not the consistency rule.

The consistency rule is something like: you can't get more than X% of the total profit in a single day.

Ex: total profit 10.000. No day could have been more than 2K.

In your example, a 100K account, 9% = 9000 in a single day.
Then they would have to make at least 45.000 to withdraw that money.
It demands gamblers to be lucky a lot of times, which is more prone to lose accounts. It doesn't eliminate them, but reduces a bit.

Passed in a few trades and now I guess I'll wait and see if I get an email regarding PA payment. Otherwise, I'll just keep checking the dashboard to see if that option is available.

Got my 2nd 30K allocation this morning from DZero. Rating dropped from 75.06 to 71.71 so I only need to earn 0.88% for October to get a 3rd allocation. Risk engine sitting at 0.37

Will be nice to get that first quarterly payment just so they can take my monthly subscription out of that. In the meantime, such a stess free endeavor. Just trade whatever, whenever, and however I want.

Yeah, I know how the consistency rule works. I was trying to think outside the box about how a firm can limit gamblers. Anyway, I think a consistency rule is very much needed if someone wants to play the serious game and avoid trouble. Something similar to Lux, but a bit "softer".

Yep, it has to be simple. You can't trade in Lux without being constantly checking your calculations. And mistakes happen, which in Lux are deadly.

Yes it is. So far it is exactly as described, the further your track record moves along the higher the allocations. As I posted above, according to the calculator, 3% gets me the silver grand prize of 375K this month.
If it holds true, that 2-2.5% per month with low DD gets the kind of money they say, I will be flying out to Cali, taking you to the best steakhouse in your area. I will need to conceal carry though as I will be proud to where my MAGA hat in that beautiful state of yours............. and we might run into some trouble.
On second thought, I'll fly you here and we'll go to Bern's in Tampa.
I stand corrected, it was 3% ealy today. Looks like I need 4.48% now.......still doable with 23 trading days this month.

Im in Nevada not Commiefornia. Unfortunately the mass exodus form Cali began a while back and now Nevada is becoming San Fran 2.0

My mother winters from NY in Port Charlotte. Usually fly into Tampa once a year to visit.
