I wouldn't buy a Funded Next challenge in the coming days until this is settled.

Disliked{quote} Do you understand what the 3rd stage (Investors) is for and what the differences to the 2nd stage (Gold) are? It says that once you reach the 2nd stage (Gold) you open your Darwin Index to real capital from real investors. Why is there an additional 3rd level (Investors)? Unfortunately, I can't find any explanation on the website about what the differences between these last two stages are and what qualifies you for the last level of investors if you can already have it with gold.Ignored
DislikedJust saw this on ascendx. https://support.ascendxcapital.com/s...n-holding-time {quote}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Again, I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you have a link to what you saw on the website? Maybe you mean there are 3 ways to get capital? 1) Silver stage seed capital 2) Gold stage seed capital 3) Investor capital No offense but for a $20 sign up fee you do some serious research I can't imagine if this was a $500 fee for a 100K prop firm challenge PS. Sampat and Pipmaster feel free to give me a day off from my Darwinex customer support dutiesIgnored
Disliked{quote} They always stated his previous broker globalprime was Pure ECN but we know that was not trueIgnored
DislikedSecond DZ account became Darwin today, this one came out pretty well, but have no correlation info yet today. Since this one is a keeper because of low DD, I will ditch DZ1 if needed because of strategy match and trade this one seriously. So DZ1 and DZ3 still under question, both in profits so far but need to think about accounts management after third one becomes Darwin next week so I can compare all three regarding strategy match and decide after that. {image} {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} It says on the website: 1) Progressing to DarwinIA GOLD means opening your strategy to real investors. 2) Your index opens to real investors on reaching DarwinIA GOLD. Winning investors’ trust means leveraging capital beyond the seed capital allocation programme and therefore, limitlessly. I don't understand the difference between the two stages of gold and investors when you can already get investors with gold? For the "Investors" stage there are no further conditions mentioned that have to be met like with Silver or Gold. By the way. If...Ignored
Disliked{quote} It just means you can get capital two different ways. Larger seed allocations because you're now at the Gold level and also real investor capital.Ignored

Disliked{quote} There is one negative part about GOLD regarding allocation. Unlike silver there is no value of past history. For example if Darwin is already 10% up in silver. Most probably 1-2% will lead to additional allocation where as in gold stage, it believes in past performance is not indication of future success every month is treated without past baggage. Larger allocation will only come after 5 years before that one needs to grind and rely on internal allocation as it wont reach more than 300K which one can internally.Ignored
Disliked{quote} The flip side of that is Gold doesn't take your drawdown into account. Also the spotlight trader for this week that I posted about earlier has 660K seed after 15 months so I guess "larger" is in the eyes of the beholder.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Agree but one can easily get 300K (6*50) with gold if traded with minimum score of 75 for at least 6 months. My point is not getting obsessed with external funding as there is no difference between internal and external for the trader. Gold will be converted to silver if it falls below 2.5 profit to drawdown or below 20% of life time profits.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Is there no expiration to the allocations you receive? If not and you’re happy with 500k as the maximum capital, you’re right. It might be easier to keep targeting the minimum rating of 75 and stop trading for the rest of the month (once reached). However if the goal is to reach access to capital beyond the maximum allocation you can get in gold you are obviously forced to beat other traders to climb the ladder or attract external investors capital for your darwin. Personally i also don’t like the competition factor. It adds unnecessary...Ignored

Disliked{quote} That's looking good! I was just looking at this week's trader spotlight. This trader has some pretty wild stuff going on with drawdown/profits and yet they have 700K ish under management after 15 months. So with June coming in at 6.06% profit that's roughly $6300 in performance fees. 15 months from now we'll still be here talking about props/futures and how we should limit the profit to 2K a month so we don't get denied/banned. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} External funding one cannot control. Only predictable thing is 75 score. If stayed in the game for 5 years one can easily be on top 100 traders. Gold allocation expires every 6 months and silver every 3 months. External is not maths where one achieves 10% and another achieves 5% will get more or less....It depends on investor, markets etc.Ignored
