Raw Spread accounts for both Ctrader / MetaTrader are recommended due to lowest trading cost.
As of yesterday they implemented a ridiculous automated .eu redirect on their .com website, for eu citizens.
I am an European ic markets global client and IB. At the moment i cant even login properly in their global client environment because of this redirect. Contacted them yesterday. All they do is give short answers to their partners and clients lately (“its not permanent, please be patient” etc).
Hello??? Not permanent? What do you mean. I cant even client portal login, unless i use a specific global account link. Very inappropriate.
i am satisfied with all of my trading activities with them; high speed execution at low cost. But their service, at least towards partners is just crap lately.

Just a quick update in all fairness to them. I created a big mail yesterday regarding above issues. 10 minutes later (on a sunday) I received a phone-call explaining in depth what is going on. Login as a partner is working fine now, and apparently the restriction for EU citizens joining IC Markets Global is only temporary of nature. Glad they gave me clarification on these matters in such a quick matter this time.
Are you aware of the recent transition from IC Markets Global to IC Trading?
Upon conducting my analysis, it appears that the primary change pertains to the regulatory authority. The company will be transitioning from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles.
However, I’ve been unable to find specific information regarding how this change might impact me as a resident of Brazil, or indeed, residents of other countries. Could anyone provide some insight into this matter?

Yes, I received calls confirming the change, anyway the attendant explained the transition very well, it is true.
In the end, she left the reason for this change in the air by saying that ALL accounts will be IC Trading, that is, IC Global will be fully migrated. As I said, they have done this in the past and are doing it again, it is clearly to escape government regulations. The government here in Brazil, for example, regulates everything and does not allow external things to enter the Brazilian stock exchange.
