Looking for some Rookie traders who want to learn

I have traded since roughly 2013, if not before, and have been in FF since 2015.

I have developed my own strategy in this time and have played about with other strategies, however the strategy i have developed seems to be good one, and it is the only one I trade.

I have developed a few videos which i am hoping will help some new traders, and as part of this, i will divulge my strategy as I am looking for some people to help develop it, and the reason I am looking for newer traders is that they do not have the baggage, but also don't have the mixed messages and confusion that so many (losing!) established traders do...

The videos go over the basics, as well as the foundations on psychology, and also what it takes to be a consistent disciplined trader, and only at the end is the strategy 'revealed'. Part of my journey has been to sift through all the promises, all the crap, the 'bro science', the gurus... which i am ashamed to say i got hoodwinked by

There is no charge for this, except for an investment in time and a willingness to show discipline and patience (which are the key to being successful hint hint..).

Some things to note:

This is not a paid course, and nor do i want payment, i have other motives for doing this, and it is not for money.
It is not a signal service.
There are no wild promises about 20% returns.
I am not an affiliate of any sort
The strategy is mine
The strategy does not promise any win percentage as this is firmly in the realms of the trader
This is not get rich quick, this is not 100% win rate
The strategy trades off the 15 min and 1 min timeframe, so if you can't dedicate time to looking at charts, then this will not be for you.
You will need to do chart time - all of which is explained in the videos.
The strategy requires a trader- a real life person... not an EA, or trade notifications or any of that other stuff that is pedaled and in my experience, usually fail..
There is no 'up sell', everything will be laid out, and i repeat there is no charge.
There are no arrows on the charts!!!

This is a really good starting point on a long journey about yourself.

I do not pretend I am the greatest trader, i do not pretend that you will be able to trade this profitably, as you need to take the knowledge as I have learnt over the many years i have been involved in FX and apply it, however even if you get to the strategy and don't use it, there are plenty of learnings to be had throughout the videos.

Because just posting a strategy will only lead to failure.

Without the knowledge behind it it wont work.

Why dont you go and do brain surgery? Because you don't have the knowledge, and if i were to post a strategy without the work going in behind it (ie actually studying it) it will lead to failure, which is why i am not just posting it 'because it is free'.

I am offering my investment in time, and your response is 'just post it because it is free'??? What an idiotic comment...

If you had read the post, this sort of attitude is the very reason it is not just posted because it is free...

I created an account yesterday to respond to this thread, so I apologize if you're seeing a response from me again but I didn't see my initial one posted yet. There really is no Holy grail of strategies... just want to make that very clear!!!

I just want to say this as you are very new - ANYTHING you see that promises 'high accuracy' or making $1000s easily is a scam, so avoid it like the plague- although we are all sucked into thinking it is easy to trade at 70, 80 or 90% accuracy... just dont believe that!

My strategy has losses, plenty of them, but the real secret is knowing that they happen and they can be dealt with... the holy grail (to quote plenty of movies) lies within you, not any strategy!

I cant PM you the details yet - i am trying to see what the criteria is for unlocking the PM functionality...

What it acceptable rate of return in your view? Is 20-30% a month like offered by some PAMM or copy trading services ok?

It really depends.

If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I have never used PAMM services, so could not comment, but it is not so much the gains, as the risk taken to get them.

If they are risking 1 or 2% risk and are making 20-30% per month, then why is everyone not using them?

I also think that %gains are the wrong thing to look at. Profit is the only thing that matters. If you have a $100 account, the profit expectation is going to be very different to a $1 million account, the higher up the account size, the lower the risk you can afford to take to make a decent profit.

I know i have not directly answered your question, as % gains have to be put into context of various factors - how good a trader you are, what is your risk size, what is your drawdown, what is your account size, what is your win rate, what is your risk of failure, what time frames are you trading on etc etc.

100% returns per month are doable, but not sustainable, and as you work downward for reward, the doable goes up, but so does the sustainability.

I advocate small incremental gains for the long run, ie low risk of failure, low risk.
