want to learn about filling the gap on Sunday open...

I've heard this always works in the forex market. Can anyone help me and others learn the technique? What a great way it would be to pick up some extra pips...

There is nothing that 100% ALWAYS works in forex. There is only probability of a pattern working. I suggest gathering your own statistics for at least 1 year.

There is also some books that cover gaps such as Candlestick patterns by Steve Nison or any other Price action books/systems.

{Run this on Sunday Opening Prices Only}

Input: nPips(0);
Var: Barnum(0), EntryBar(0), TgtPrice(0);

Barnum = Barnumber;

If MarketPosition = 0
And O > (H[1] +nPips) Then
Sell This Bar on Close;
EntryBar = Barnum;
TgtPrice = H[1];

If MarketPosition = -1
And L <= TgtPrice Then
Buy Next Bar on Open;


Or something along those lines. You may not have to wait for the "Next Bar Open" depending on the Platform you run it on.

I use this to assist in knowing If it Will Gap.
