1st time @ this forum [SPX]
interesting day today...
today's Open @ 5507.44 & Day Low @ 5507.42 ===>> basically THURSDAY [since tomorrow -- 4th of July and on a THURSDAY] -- system played like this:

THURS JUNE 27th Open = 5473.59 x .618% = 33.83 +/- 5473.59
= 5507.42* today's day low + 2 pennies short of today's Open 5507.44 | 5439.76 + 100 points = 5539.(76) * or 5539.27 today's Day High

some pundits think on Fri July 5th we just MIGHT end up hitting the 5554-55 area... just look @ the calculations -- .272% from today's Day High of 5539.27

5539.27 x .272% = 15.07 +/- 5539.27
= 5554.34* target? | 5524.20** LAST Fri Day High = 5523.64 area

...then there's .618% from today's Day High of 5539.27 x .618%
= 34.23 +/- 5539.27
= 5573.80 | 5505.04* that's THURSDAY June 20th, 2024 Day High 5505.53

see how this works. yea.. can look archaic -- but it works..

Close = 5567.19 - basically .50% from Yesterday's Day High of 5539.27
5567.19 x .50% = 27.84 +/- 4457.19
= 5595.03 | 5539.35*

2days back JULY 3rd Day High = 5539.27 x .50% = 27.70 +/- 5539.27
= 5566.97* close enough to today's close | 5511.52

Open = 5537.91 -- basically YESTERDAY's Close of 5537.02 area

H = 5570.33 --> LAST Friday June 28th Open = 5488.48 x 1.50% = 82.33 +/- 5488.48
= 5570.81* area | 5406.15

--> on the "OPEN" sheet [attachment] the Open (√) = 5537.91√ = 74.41714 +/- 0.21875
= 74.63589 ^2 | 74.19839 ^2
= 5570.52* | 5505.40** THURS June 20th Day High = 5505.53 (1st time hit 5500 area)

L = 5531.63 --> TUES July 2nd Open = 5461.84 x 1.272% = 69.47 +/- 5461.84
= 5531.31* | 5392.37

thought 1st thing this a.m. MIGHT hit EITHER the .50% from today's open (5537.91 x .50%) @ 5565.60 ** the 5565 area is also .618% from today's day low of 5531.63
OR
.618% from today's open (5537.91 x .618%) = 5572.13

THURS July 27, 2023 "TOP" @ 4607.07 *** add 1,000 pts & you get 5607.07 we just MIGHT end up getting THIS month as a "TOP" for Month of July 2024

MONDAY July 1st, 2024 "bottom" @ 5446.53
FRIDAY July 5th, 2024 "TOP" @ 5570.33
& so far 123.80 spread - 222.02 = 98.22 more to come (?)
5570.33 + 98.22 = 5668.55 target ?

.0625 normally the R/S area to watch out for. too bad this system doesn't allow me 2 graphs -- just like "x"

am using Fri July 5th, 2024 CLOSE on the "OPEN" sheet...and come Monday -- I enter the OPEN price. it's just another method of figuring out targets for the day, etc.

also... you can do the 1.272% - 1.854% .. which I do on a daily basis -- manually & then type it. find it helpful in my trade...by just writing / calculating all the prices MANUALLY. not going to do it on excel / google sheets... doing it manually I find it more in touch with price and targets. hard to articulate / explain.
the chart attached to the 1.272% - 1.854% dated July 1st - July 5th, 2024 -- is from BarChart.com -- price movement. as a guide

used to do MANUALLY calculate the prices on the "OPEN" sheet and also the "NIGHTLY" sheet...
one of my followers when I used to be "Eternity" on Twitter aka "X" -- decided to do the "NIGHTLY" sheet for me and then I asked if she could also do the "OPEN" sheet -- gave her table of trigonometric ratios -- actually the Sine (sin) ones and she did the google sheets - the "OPEN" one also. squaring prices and then +/- the (sin) was time consuming when doing it manually...so forever am grateful to this follower. it was a win-win situation. many followers didn't realize about squaring (√) price -- never mind about using the DAILY SPREAD (day high - day low) and multiplying it by the integers -- the Fibs on the "Nightly" sheet... which works great when the daily spread is low -- not so much when the spread is large.
