Hello all,

Hope you have been doing well in your trades.

I am in summer session now so not taking any ballast against long term positions, just short plays. Just using fundamentals to trade with ECB rate cut and FED on hold. Not a big driver as FED speak continue to talk flat between cut, hold, or raise rates. Patiently building a long position. I see this in play unless it goes below 1.0660. Patience!

I expect it to continue to drift higher until FED says rate cuts.

OK. I stepped in again. I have a hard time believing it will just push through these averages like that. It has to drop and then approach these averages again and this time push through them on Friday.
It might be quite tricky. False breakout of the range to above 1.0760, then turn to the other side of the range then turn again... Or something like that

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. For Tuesday, we can see that bulls are now back above the 1.0721 supportive line.
  2. It is a matter of time until bulls burst through the current barrier sitting at the 1.0746-ish resistance area.
  3. Therefore: careful with shorts as long as intraday candles open above 1.0721!

Another high/low that will not be improved upon but instead it will likely reverse??? So - to 1.0635 or not?
And regarding stops - it seems the only good one for shorts is 1.0855 and for longs 1.0598? At least for now - then, as usual, look for a tighter stop and load up?

WHAT A RANGE CLASSIC.

Planning to add on the way down, to go from a 120-pip stop to around 20-30 pip stop from the average. A netting account helps with that immensely...

A bit quiet here so far so thought I'd post.

Short.

1.074 seems to be an important level. If we break above there is much empty space to be filled with little S/R levels. I'm not sure the bears are willing to let that level be beat too easily and there is still room below for a correction to the downside.

Tight stop however (1.8 pips) where if beat I will flip my trade; if this goes topside there may be no catching it again for a while.

Jumped on a Gartley without knowing it. I will let this ride for a bit to see where it goes. We could be seeing our old friend 1.072 level re-emerge.

TS 18 pips.

Not my best trade management (1.0725) as price hit the low (1.0721) and bounced fast. I wasn't going to wait for a further push lower however in case this decides to sky rocket.

Sidelined to see what PA is saying from here.

SOME directions based on PA, S/R, FVG, OB and FIB.... Well, here the chances of Red playing out is hard and also it will be in elliot waves, Something my guts is saying for sure, the price will retrace to some of the fib levels and try to hut 1.0720 but looking at the PA, The touch to 5the 1.0720 quick and pull back was fast, so to break below, it may take time, until bulls have the chances to retrace to any of these fib levels and give sellers a little room to take on, Please let me know what I can improve in this analysis, Thanks for reading.

Meanwhile, on H4...

Gartley can wait. We are inside a boring range again while support expected from ~1.0721 and ~1.0706 limit and resistance from ~1.0741-ish area.

I am looking for this setup if it eventuates.

89 Tick chart that I use to get into my entries.

Could be looking at a minor Gartley winding up to take a run at the 7.072 level.

The horizontal lines are the intended trade.

Nothing confirmed yet just always good to be well planned.

Edit: In at 1.07304, 3 pip SL. This may forget about minor PA and just head to top.

That said, I shared my long term view (weekly) long time ago and will keep sharing it again and again until big void targets are met...

For now, I am patiently waiting for this boring triangle phase to be over.. It can get choppier, so trade careful folks...

I think today is going to be a no-event day.

Big picture looks like we are gonna drop to 1.0525-35. I do not want to lose money in a stupid way - I maintain my huge stop at 1.0855.
