Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. For days and even weeks we are dealing with this 1.0721 area BS... The fresh question now is: Can 1.0721 area turn into resistance?
  2. If yes, we should soon explode lower right from current support sitting at 1.0669-ish.
  3. If no, we should soon climb back above 1.0721 and keep swinging inside this giant pennant.
  4. Let's see which one plays out. For now, bears have the upper hand.

My three cents based on DXY (all charts are 1D):
1)
DXY is reaching top of downward long term fork (red lines)= resistance
DXY is reaching top of upward short term fork (green lines)= resistance
There is FVG (blue rectangle) with midpoint of 105.48 = downward direction for DXY. This movement can extend to the middle line of green fork.
2)
DXY's FVG 105.48 = EURUSD 1.0722 (black line)
3)
DXY made five significant waves (dark blue lines) = time to go down
In conclusion, I expect EURUSD to go up until aforementioned levels are met.

with major bearish trend line is forming with resistance at 1.0710 on the 4-hour chart.

I have a tight stop on this as they may hunt for liquidity as of yet and Franky/London often want a piece of the pie before a real move.

5 min / 4hr unconfirmed BO's. We may be going back to top of weekly range. Nothing however to say we can't break the lower levels of the weekly wedge which could be a rollercoaster of volatility.

FOMC Member Waller and daly Speaks is closing. EU needs a rest after falling too far. 1.08 could be a possible position for this rest in the first 2 days of this week.
In addition, Usd/jpy has reached sustained resistance, so a slight drop for the USD index(DXY) would be a logical move for both.

EURUSD has existed W1 Support 1.0667 for 3 weeks for 3 points. Now focusing on W1 Resistant 1.0916. 1.0916 was my first move.

Based on 4H

1) We see that the trend is changing direction.
2) The main liquidity point is the 1.060 level.
3) In order to eliminate the weekly imbalance, I planned to short sell at or near the EQ level if it pulls back.
Waiting on the sidelines for now.

I have a bearish bias for the next 4 hours. After that, I will re-analyze the current price action systematically. Currently, if the 1-hour candle (@post time) closes above 1.07160, it indicates that the Bulls are trying to gain control. If the price breaks down below 1.07060 within the next 4 hours, then the Bears keep on growling to control the Price.

My TP is set for 1.06930, with a defensive SL at 1.07300, ensuring that I’m not caught in the woods ; )—

It is typical of a triangle. Now it is faking the breach of a downtrend line. It is a trap. The stop needs to be at 1.0765 and target at below 1.0650 (only slightly below) remains.

Also - it is fundamentally justified that before we know the French election results on Monday, it should not make a decisive move, I am afraid. My view remains - drop to slightly below 1.0650, then UP above 1.0760 to make a GREEN week. Obviously most of this will happen during data releases on Thursday-Friday.
